the fact, that this tier 1/2/3/4/5 (+-2) MM is still present after 5 yrs, is bad for the novices and casual players. I understand there is a LOT of hardcore tryhards, but making the game fun could bring a lot of new players here.
Current set of MM deny that at the border of tier 3. (and this you can hit within a relatively small time). There is no way down, if you dont suicides, or make other way of sabotage the game.

i know some tier 1 or upper tier players who prefer tier 5.

So i dunno if this was asked before now ,but we'll be able to change the colors on these right?

because there were other colors if i recall and i think mw2 had diffrent colors as well the green one is jade falcon while Wolf had red.

It is possible to change colours of hero mechs to any colours you own, you just cannot change the pattern.

You can change the pattern on Hero Mech. I changed my Yen Lo Wang's pattern to House Marik from it's Rising sun one.

You can, in fact, change the pattern on a hero 'mech. You can't remove the pattern (you can't make it the default pattern that's on all the CB variants), but you can apply any pattern that you have unlocked, or can one-shot any pattern your heart desires. My Revnant has a Ghost Bear pattern, because it's not "Revnant", anymore, it's the MDD-D standard variant. (RV is the only Mad Dog with the CT Energy hardpoints required to properly build the MDD-D). Same thing with Protector (IS Orion Hero). That's been rebuilt as the ON2-M standard variant (Not the ON1-M, which is available in the in-game store), and is now just another Marik 'mech.

I am not sure about those elementals... Why bolt-ons? Why not playable armour? Or AI-controlled bots for matches? Apart from target practice this implementation of the Elemental is a bit, well, humiliating...
Also, MW2 Betty would be nice! That b!tch from the very first MW game I ever played on PC... Wanna mah memories back

A warhorn with Carole Ruggier reprising her role as Betty sounds nice. As for Elemental Bolt-ons, I'm fine with it since it gives the MW5 and HBS BT modding communities some new things to mod in. But hey, at least we have the Mechwarrior 2 Sound Pack mod for MWO.

that would still take some work to get Elementals working in MW5 but yeah it's a start.
