Whoa... I think you may not have been paying attention to the "Tournament" page properly. It so happens that those "Phase 2" Loot Bags are already reachable. What you have to do is...

• Start with > https://mwomercs.com/news/2021/07/2532-mwo-beach-party-2021-july-free-mech < in order to pull up the Tournament Page
  
• Click on the "Loot Redemption Page >>>" Link (https://mwomercs.com/beachparty) that helps you succeed in landing at > https://mwomercs.com/tournaments?t=202107beach < where the Loot Bags are
  
• Scroll down until you see "Phase 1 (x/y/150)" and "Phase 2 (x/y/150)", where "x" is how many you have opened and "y" is how many you have personally earned
  
• Click on the text that says "Phase 2 (x/y/150)" which happens to be an underlying tab that is not properly highlighted to indicate that it is clickable

...and then you will find all of those "Phase 2" Loot Bags which you thought were unreachable, but can actually be acquired for your use. Happy Redeeming!

Finished the event tonight. Even though I didn't get a single GSP reward from loot bags, everything else about the event was nice to work towards and got plenty of everything else the event listed it would reward.

Thanks for the free stuff! I do not mind not getting any GSP, the (approx.) 1,4k MC is enough for me.

FYI: I have completed the event on two accounts, never got a single GSP-package. But as mentioned before: I do not mind.

You can open the lootbags no problem, you'll still qualify for the prize picks.

its claimed as part of the event its not a loot bag reward. Look at the event part of the page not the loot bag part

Hawk, I redeemed the rewards and opened all my boxes. I've completed all the required objectives.
Stonehenge wasn't an option in the drop down for redeems.
It must be a loot box reward.
