I recently came back to this game, and I'm so happy I did! This is an awesome event, an awesome giveaway from some awesome devs! "Top Tier" only matters to people who play those, I like builds that are fun and functional and I believe that is possible with these beauties. (I'm totally going to color that marauder to have hazard stripes.)

Time for the yearly population census again....guess i (as a ex-player) will install the client just to have a game and see what meta is prevailing this year...

I do not think that you can judge the current meta after just a game.

It has been a great year for MWO with all the quirk and mech passes, 1 totally new map, several got improvements ... I'm excited for 2022!

I'm confused... the picture says 1 Jan end date, the text says 3 Jan... which is it then?

a bit disappointed that we aren't getting any new chassis yet again. oh well at least we are getting free mechs this year. we had a few years there where we got nothing so i can't exactly complain. all the free mech bays from this last event and the x-mas lootbag one will be great for the new players. i remember those days when bays were scarce. (tip for new players, hange onto that MC and wait for bays to go on sale)

Look in the [Event] webpage, or the [E] on the bottom of your MWO game client while in Mechlab...
click on the appropriate Event ... and there'll be a timer showing how many days/hours/minutes are left before this Event ends!
(Hint: For this Holiday Bonus Event for MAL/MAD-IIC special variants x2, you can claim these up to 14 days after Event ends).

Seriously I made the Images in the hopes that players will not miss out on the rewards.

You would be surprised at the amount of folks that don't bother to figure out what the event or sale ending at Jan 3rd 00:00 UTC would mean in their time zone. For myself (in Vancouver) it would be Jan 2nd at 4PM PST.

I think then that one can appreciate your doing the images in the manner which you chose. After all, this effectively means that the Event will last longer than the image says, which will cause some people both relief and comfort. That's something the 2021 End-Of-Year Holidays should be full of, right?


On other notes, I was looking at the Event Page and tripped over a small typo. I quickly chocked it up to your hands being stuck constantly dealing with a full workload, which I'm thankful that you handle at least this well because it must be really stressful! The typo is on the Challenge itself, and looks like...
