As ScrapIron Prime's heads-up: (honestly, I've completely missed this below part at first):

+30% Bonus MC, and +GSP and +Hero mech + MechBay !

Also, the "Gift" MC package yields different Hero mechs (King Crab, Grasshopper, Crab),
as compared to the Self-Buy option (Mad Cat MKII, Blood Asp, Shadow Cat).

Clan mechs in general are more expensive than IS mechs of the same tonnage. In large part it's because virtually all Clan mechs come with XL engines, which can be around half the cost of the mech. Clan mechs are also more likely to come with double heat sinks which can also add a lot to the final price. So with hero mechs, you're often paying a large MC tax on Clans for upgrades that you could otherwise purchase with C-Bills.

Take the Annihilator chassis for example: the 1A costs 3705 MC while the hero costs 7500 MC. That difference is mostly because the MB comes with an XL 300 and double heat sinks while the 1A comes with an STD 200 and single heat sinks.

Or if you want to look at non-heros, you can look at the Zeus chassis. The 6S costs 2780 MC while the 9S2 costs 4515 MC. They have the same engine size, but the 9S2 comes with an XL 320 while the 6S comes with an STD 320. The 9S2 also has double heat sinks while the 6S has standard heat sinks.

May I confirm that the Prime variants of CLAN INVASION, CLANS II & CLANS III are the ones with 30% C-Bill bonus? What are the other variants in the packs?

May I suggest that the CLANS packs presentation similiar to those of RESISTANCE I & II which we can easily see what are the variants in the packs as well as which variants are with the C-Bill bonus?

Yes! All "Prime" variants are the xx-Prime(I) Special Variants with +30% CBills bonus in the Clan Invasion, Clan Wave II & Clan Wave III mech packs! You might get some Premium Time on top of that, depending on what pack tier you purchase!
