I think there's an error in the equipment sale; ingame it says it ends in 20 min (4pm PST Fri) but on the post it says it ends like 5 days from now.

Yeah, I was expecting this event to give some IS +xp and +cbills cockpit items? I have more Clan boosted items than IS now, and I was hoping to even them out lol

Is it possible to restrict systems/weapons from events? For example, there is always a large outcry about flamers in the Solaris maps. Can they either be restricted or limited? For the max heat they can add, say like 10% instead of 90%? (just throwing numbers out). Not trying to flame, I personally love the Solaris maps and since I'm more a brawler type player they're far more enjoyable for me. However, when there's tons of people not joining events because of a system or weapon (especially when it's every time the event is done) then that's clear to me that something needs to be done since it's the events that keep some people playing (like me, they bring back the fun of old MW4 Multiplayer and in that you could restrict weapons, systems and mechs).

pretty sure i don't own a IS medium, So because of that I'm unable to compete in this event EVER.


or maybe PGI is afraid that clan will dominate?

You didn't read properly. Daeron stated a while ago that these Solaris events will switch from IS to clan and so on. The next Solaris event should be only clanners.

That map is by far the best of all of them, too bad they didn't learn some lessons from it for making other new maps - some small rolling topography and a few sparse structures that you aren't tripping all over can break los and allow people to maneuver and fight.

Don't need these massively over detailed maps with crap stuffed into every open mm of space and incoherently designed high spots with nonsensical ramps and cliffs or random terrain feature walls all over the place.
