Looks good though, it'll be fun to pilot, even if the huge spinal mounts will get me killed a lot.

A Ghost Bear one IIRC

- Annihilator Bryan Gausszilla Apparently based on the Annihilator C2, this customized variant carried a fifth Gauss rifle in addition to the standard Gauss Rifle layout, with only eight tons of ammunition altogether. It was the customized personal 'Mech of early-twenty-ninth-century Clan Ghost Bear Star Colonel Bryan Kabrinski, and apparently a unique modification given the note (as of 3074) that the 'Mech was "lost to history".[15] Known as Gausszilla in its time,[15] it is obviously a nod to the somewhat famous noncanonical Gausszilla design by Bryan Nystul but it should be noted that it is indeed a slightly different design: It has 14 tons of armor (instead of 11.5), double heat sinks (instead of regular heat sinks), less ammunition (8 instead of 9 tons), and no secondary weapons. BV (2.0) = 2,455[16][17]
One thing that this could maybe open up is the possibility of an IS Behemoth Legendary

You wanna go too fast! And heat eff. is good enough if you don't insist blasting that ERPPC every time CD allows.

That and a possible release of C variants of IS mechs there is plenty that fully equipped with Clan Tech, but at this point we should slow push for variants with mix tech at least add something unique to the game.

How will the skills affect it? Does the minimum distance also increase or decrease as the range increases?

I'm waiting for the patch where finally an anti cheater software will be integrated into this game
like it is standard in so many other games
the last players to be banned shows how easy it is to manipulate in this game

100 ton assaults

This is Assaultwarrior Online. Some of us don't do well in assaults and it gets increasingly harder to compete against them.
I get it. That's where the money is. That's why almost all the Legendary mechs are assaults. I'm just sad about it.

Miserable for me at least because I won't be one of the assaults.

That said, I’ll probably wait a while to see if they get re-quirked.
Good hunting,

1) The game is being violently, absurdly, and exclusively shifted towards ballistics. Gotta sell Gausszilla by making it as OP as conceivable. I mean those 5 Gauss rifles ain't gonna play themselves.. I threw up in my mouth a little bit.
The game has been and is ruled by blue lasers, they're trying to make ballistics ourside of a Direwhale at least be relevant.

No. ATMs have their point blank range set to 0 dmg. And as a result the first bracket is ignored by range quirks.
PPC and HPPC after patch will have non-zero point blank damage and that bracket won't be ignored by range quirks/skills.

The -100% jam chance for racs and uacs, does that mean they never jam, as in you can fire racs forever if you have the heat dissipation?
I need to know XD

The July 2023 Patch just killed my favourite Dire Whale ballistic build
(despite its very low ammo, warts and all...)

Increased heat penalty multiplier to 24.0 (from 1.0) - Firing 5 or more applies a large penalty

For this upcoming July 2023 Patch:
MWO will remove from BLR-1D:
~removed the "RAC Jamp Ramp Down Duration"
~removed the "UAC Jam Chace"
***This is because RAC/UAC never jams with this "-100% Weapon Jam Chance" quirk!

BLR-1D
- Removed -30% UAC Jam chance
- Removed -25% Rotary Autocannon Jam ramp duration ...
- Added -100% Weapon Jam chance (UAC/RAC)
