Dire Wolf is not as slow as an Annihilator. Annihilator is even slower, unless of course you put a 300 engine on it too.
Put a 300 engine on any 100-tonner, and it'll go the same speed. The Dire Wolf is just stuck with its 300 engine because it is an OmniMech; it'll go no slower or faster without outside forces acting on it such as damage and Speed Tweak skill points respectively.

No, the default speed of the Daishi has always been 48.6 km/h. Unlocked skill nodes helped to push the 'Mech's speed up, just as they do now.
nope the Daishi use to go 52-54 Kph it was long before you signed up when the first clan mechs were introduced it was only later during the engine desync that the Dire's speed was slowed down.

You are wrong.
Have a screenshot from June 2014:
And by the way, I have joined MechWarrior Online long before you ...
Vix.... The engine desynch was the removal of increased mobility from engine rating; prior to the desynch, engine rating was directly related to how fast you could torso twist, for example - it really penalized large 'mechs who wanted to field a smaller engine for more firepower. Literally nothing has changed the top speed of any 'mech since they redid the skill trees - a 'mech's speed has always been a function of engine rating per tonnage. Since the Dire wolf is an omnimech and comes with one of several stock configurations when you buy it this means it is literally impossible for the Dire Wolf to have gone faster in the past unless you had speed tweak for it.
PS: It's spelled "lying." If you're going to engage in ad hominem slander, at least spell it right.

KursedVixen will never respond. He is too set in his ways. This individual has shown that he cannot be reasoned with nor be willingly respectful enough to engage with as KursedVixen has proven himself time and time again. He would rather derail a thread with negativity and his own fallacies instead of backing up his claims. Kursed doesn't want to understand anyone else's viewpoints and only cares about what's best for himself and his Clan faction. Speaking with him is like talking to a brick wall. Sometimes with people like him it's best to take Mark Twain's advice and ignore him.
Besides, this thread should be about the Bullshark, like showing off how powerful it is:
I'm surprised that the HBS Bullshark skins didn't make it into MWO. They look really amazing and I have no doubt that they would pop in that game. Maybe it's due to legal reasons that the HBS paints didn't make into MWO?
We didn't want to give every single variant JJs as that particular piece of equipment is arguably tied with MASC as the 2nd strongest in the game, behind ECM.
So, we were deliberate about which variants should get it and which should not. There are extremely strong builds on both the -4 and Mako that would be broken if we were to add JJ to let them spam hitboxes or just provide more agility.
Mobility is power. Ask anyone who’s played a good Scout, Demoman, or Soldier in TF2, or Fox in Smash Melee. Hell, ask anyone who’s fought those players. lol
Within the context of MWO alone, a light ’Mech’s speed is easily its most valuable asset. The simple ability to choose your fights is strong.
Lights' speed is their primary mobility tool, though jump jets are useful. With Assaults, I'm surprised they're valued up there with MASC. Food for thought.
