maybe it's to give the medium pulse a diffrent range than the x-medium pulse
i dunno where to say this but the clan wolfhound needs some energy heat quirks i think.
I also feel like the PAC 4 needs some tweaking maybe reducin it's cooldown a little.

not too fond of any clan mech losing armor so not happy about the jenner losing armor.
I'm honestly surprized to see the blackhawk Ku get a nerf.

boy I sure enjoy my entire CT disappearing from trying to peek at all 6/10 times because HAG-boating keeps getting enabled by Cauldron balance
This game is suffering with sniper-syndrome hard. TTK is far, far too low.

seeing Clan stuff get buffed all over is sort of annoying but not unexpected.
as for the mech stuff, well its nice to see the Victor get some love though its just JJ related. might see some on the battlefield now.

Clans accell at range IS has the close range....
i can count 4-5 times on hand seeing Hag in my damaged list, more often than not i see x-pulse and binary lasers.

IS ballistics don't have the same potential to erase heavy/assault CT armor in one go from Excessive Range.
They need more spread, shorter ranges, or MUCH higher heat. Stop enabling the boating of them with constant buffs.
I rarely care about any other weapon nearly as much. Sure they're less common, but they stand out like a sore thumb whenever you do see them.

While I don't think heat buffs were the right approach for them, if you are getting your CT armor erased from excessive range you just aren't playing well. If I play an assault, I'm more concerned about light poptarts than I am HAGs.

HAGs should be treated like a scatter weapon and the last thing they need is a buff of any kind. by the time you know you are being hit by HAGs most of the damage has already hit you and you might be able to twist out of one pellet maybe 2 if you are lucky, especially in a slow assault. the last thing MWO needs is more long range meta.

Technically, HAGs were supposed to more akin to Spheroid's RACs, thus the damage per pellet should have been smaller with more pellets.
