That being said, is anyone doing faction play these days? I heard it was nearly dead.

PGI please make this event for all game modes. Faction Play is dead, making it much harder to complete challenges, especially for those with limited time to play.

NGL this event only succeeded in making me think about the dark pattern of me returning to receive free mechs for a dead game.

Despite starting on a Tuesday, the presence of free stuff filled the queue to the point where there were at least 3 concurrent FP matches going on. This went on for hours. I'm getting off now having played a couple but there's still at least 1 match happening. The event goes for 42 days. You'll have time.

99% of events are made for Quick Play. FP gets one event every three years. Just keep running in circles in the game mode you’re used to and relax. This event isn’t for you

10,000 Matche Score? With an average score of 350 score per battle, that's almost 30 battles. In a Faction Play? 30 battles? About 30 minutes per match. 15 hours in FP?
In my time zone, that's almost impossible. And considering that FP will be more or less active on weekends and only for the first week and a half, completing this quest (at least for me) is practically impossible.
Some players will probably be able to complete the required tasks.

events usually bring back a small number of players for a short period of time, and by the end of it everyone remembers why they dont play it anymore.

i didnt have time to play yesteday but will probibly make time today when its a more active hour. its usually dead at this time, even in qp.

What’s the problem? Grab all your buddies from MAS5, RL33, and MW-F and play. You guys should be able to scrape together 24 people in your whole crew.

it is faction play, unless you are terrible and end up in a subpar team, you should be able to get 800-1300 per battle...that's roughly what I get myself...

Are you sure you are talking about matchscore? Because that is much harder to achieve.
