yeah... um... yeah... dude... or even better.... A Nova Cat

You actually could conceivably have a Wolfhound in this current timeline, but it would only be available to Davion, Steiner and some merc units (Wolf's Dragoons, Kell Hounds).

Oh, and P.S. No on the Uziel, but also with the caveat, that, by that I mean yet.

Its day will come though, but I'd soooo much rather we get all the actual timeline correct mechs in, and have been absolutely loving the Unseen Mechs that have showed up so far, in addition to the large number of mechs that have yet to be added from the current timeline.

The day they add my Maurader...oh man. That will be a great day.

I'd rather have the Exterminator. 4 Mlasers in the arms, an LRM10 and small laser in the torso, 65 tons, 7 jump jets, and it goes 97 kph. So 4 arm mounted energy slots, another in the torso, and a missile slot, on a stupidly fast 65 ton package with jump jets. GIMME.

It doesn't violate the timeline either. There's a confirmed 3025 version used by Comstar without the XL engine (and much slower, obviously).

While both the Exterminator and the Mauler has a variant that would exist within MWO's timeframe, neither has the required three extant variants needed to unlock the master-level piloting efficiencies (e.g. "Speed Tweak", "Fast Fire", etc).

As such, neither of the Exterminator and the Mauler would work in MWO's current XP system, and are thus unlikely to be seen in-game in the near future.

When the time comes for it to be added. Per Sarna.net the production year is 3065. We are still at 3050......

I'm in the camp of "add it, and add it before 3067" but not right now. Wait until at least after the clan mechs are out. But by that point, we have a whole new variety of mechs to work with. The initial clan invasion will be just a fraction of the great clan mechs to add, and the IS made some pretty nifty chassis during this time too (bushwacker). By the time we start running out of good era mechs to add, then we can start bending the rules.

If you want to test the Uziel - go for the Trebuchet:
Uziel - Proxy
Ok no Machine Guns - and more armor - and no BAP

howerver - so a imaginary time line - is the only reason not to add the 3D Modell - because from the loadout its possible to have this mech allready - at least when the Shadow Hawk will arrive

Funny when people say "no, wait 8 years, lol." Charming, but that ruins someone's chance to pilot an Uziel... and what if they die in real-life from a freak accident? Not so funny anymore is it?

And Uziel was popular in MW:LL and MW:4. In fact, people still use the Uziel in MW:LL, and its a beast for a Medium Mech.

Wolfhound should be in, dammit. Would like to see the Thug in, too.

http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Thug

Wolfhound was produced as early as 3028, though the variant listed on Sarna wasn't produced until 3052.

http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Wolfhound

http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Mauler

Mauler might be a solid addition too.

http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Emperor

Emperor fits in the timeline, but it's difficult to imagine anyone but a Capellan or a very lucky merc ever fielding one.

http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Cyclops

Could work. Especially if PGI ever implements EW properly.

http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Zeus

Zeus could be a solid addition though they would probably want to tweak the design a little to bring down the size of that cockpit...

http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Mercury

They're extremely rare in the IS by this time in the timeline, but this mech opens up interesting possibilities for modules and such.

http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Hermes

Because we need another woefully under-gunned 30 ton speed demon!

Probably because we went back and shrunk it down from the original xbawks hueg torso it had, fixed the head hit box so it could take damage which added an extra armor soak for the CT and then added variants that were pretty decent. Oh and added a secret red cobra skin for it.

Its pretty, wonderful raider but WAY out of the time line and wrong ERA. If we started in the middle of the FedCom civil war and happen to be on Kentares, then yes. Otherwise: No. Big NOPE.

Yeah, because PGI is going to stick to a 1:1 timeline (which is already dead) through the long boring peaceful years? Right. The mech's from the wrong era, it'll come out when that era gets introduced. One does not complain about not getting a Tiger II when playing as Ze Germans in a WW1 game.

Anyway, is there by some strange coincidence some other Mechwarrior game that does include the Uziel?

There it is! Why not just make all your posts "MW:LL" in big bold caps, plus enough spaces to meet the minimum character requirement?

It would definitely be a powerful and versatile platform. Maybe even enough to knock off the blackjack and/or the shawk with a chassis like the 2S.

I'd like it, but i can wait.

I voted yes, as ideally I'd love to see ALL TT 'Mechs make the jump, no matter how DOA people would scream about many of them.

But so many more era appropriate designs I'd love to see first thanks.
