Dude I know this is a clan forum, but it would still be relevant to the OP. If the OP wants a clan mech than the Ursus or any the medium omnis.

The uziel is not ugly, but it is not pretty either. It is an efficient mech for long range support, get in close and it is like cardboard to a shredder.

However: If I see the Uziel added, I will be upset. Because then why not add mechs like the Cougar?

The answer: It is going to take 7 years to bring it into the game without breaking the lore.

So unless they add in some sort of alternate timeline(which is a possibility,) it simply will not make sense.

You won't have to wait, come play MW:LL. It's a fantastic game and you can get your mech fix until MW:O comes out! Just need Crysis Wars to play it, and that game goes on sale for $5 ish bucks on steam or Origin all the time.

The inclusion of the Uziel in a pre-clan invasion game is like putting a F-117 Stealth Bomber in a World War 2 movie.

It completely goes against the history of the universe, and whether or not you care, there are other people that will call it out for the BS that it is.
Hold out for a Crab. That's more than likely something up your alley, and appropriate to the story line.

Not sure why it got posted in the clan area when I meant to post it in the suggestions area, sorry about that. And I forgot about it being a '55 mech, for whatever reason I thought it was made in '50. Oh well, I'll just have to wait.

Yeah... that was totally unrealistic, as you cannot do that in actual mechwarrior, even with when you strip off all the weapons. Anyhow, I like the Uziel, it was always the first med I got in the campaign always, unless I had access to a Conjurer. And yes, Marauder3D, you've made some enemies, especially with me.

The Uziel Prime is not that bad really. Also, the Uziel-2S-J has 2 RAC/5s with three tons of exstra ammo as its main weapon, 2 small lasers for anti infantry and light armor, has SRM-6 with one ton exstra ammo, so its really powerful. Down side is that it has no BAP or Jump Jets, but makes up for being able to turn an assault mech into mulch in seconds.

It's not a '55 mech either, you're a full decade off. You've got a hell of along wait on the Uziel making it into game.
