Yeah, I'm the one who "took offence", even though that isn't what I actually said. Defacing other people's work isn't cool, IMO. That's something I'd never do, to anyone. Even if I didn't like the work they posted. Just cutting and pasting a trashcan onto someone else's repaint is lame. So yeah, I'd like to officially request that the lazy *** no-effort, no-talent, no-work ethic trashcans be removed, please.

when I first entered this forums someone had this haters gonna hate sig with this ugly mech that looked like r2d2 had unprotected usb connection with trashcan,I lold,I tought to myself what a funny ugly mech,that cant be official mech someone must made that as joke,then day after I accidentaly found it is official mech,now I see people liking that mech,world is strange place

Hah, this thread is wonderful.

I really have to say that this picture has captured the "feel" of the Urbanmech; it's short and a bit stumpy, with it's lack of speed coming from its small legs. But it doesn't seem out of proportion and is real "turret-like", which is fantastic.

Just goes to show how tough and enduring a single UrbanMech chassis really is. It has survived countless missions, and I bet House Erlam will continue to pass it down from one generation to the next, just as they've done a thousand times before.

damn that Tau firewarrior is hidden or cropped out well.

Why are people getting so upset over someone putting a trashcan as a Urbie... this person, even though they did the reskin, knows that is the Urbie joke. I hardly doubt the person who did the canned image was meaning offense by it, if anything they probably liked the recolour of the one they used. Plus this whole thread is about redoing a drawing in your own style... I do not see the reason to get undies in a knot.
