The Ryoken has gimp arms, but that's an advantage. Now a Daishi, huge, protruding cockpit makes it vulnerable, especially since it's slow.

Plus also that thing is clearly a big phallus and some designer was obviously overcompensating.

Don't forget the whale tails and tramps stamps. Your house or unit affiliation would be on the lower back of your mech right above the waistline! Every mech would get a bluetooth adapter upside its head, and the reactors would all be XLG (Green).

Load-outs; Dislike the abundance of flamers and MG's in the smaller 'Mechs due to no support units in game (yet?). These will need to be redone if those 'Mechs are to make an appearance. Snipers may be at a disadvantage on certain maps but excel at others so could turn into a love/hate design. Same with any 'Mech designed for a specific role that finds itself in a map it is poorly designed to fight in. Can see a lot of whining due to "my 'Mech can't fight on 'X' map! It's not fair!"

I hope that I will be able to punch people with my Atlas to their mech buts

A fair critique, but I love it. Get in close and unleash the fury. As you note though, it has to be in the right situation. Close quarters solaris duel: yes, wide open battlefield without a bunch of friends to help you get close: no.

Its supposed to be a most fierce-some mech...but it looks goofy

HOWEVER, I'm loving the FD redesign of the Atlas. Changed my whole outlook on the mech. Now it positively look like a violently brutal brawler ready to rip apart your mech into pieces.

Viper: Don't get me wrong, this mech has some pretty fun configurations. The "head" bothers me, it looks like Donald Duck wearing a iron mask.

Alex: I really want to redesign the Mechs with bizarre legs that seem to defy physics in some sense, like the Stalker or Black Python, in order to fix the problem. Aside from that, basically any historically awkward or generic looking Mech that has usually been overlooked in favour of the cool looking ones, I’d love to polish them up, and bring out the cool factor for them.

(Y U NO GUD?!)
It just seems to be a mish mash of weapons that can't really do much but 'try' and assist in battle.
Your jump isn't really worth it, your weapons load out is a LRM 5, AC/5, SRM2, and a fricking medium laser.
What were you just the sample weapons platform that the FWL uses to show things off and someone was delusional enough to think this could be a combat 'Mech?!

Most all mechs with HANDS! Except the WolfHound. All flame thrower version is an absolute pest

The Black Knight: Typical disingenuous design, If you want to go with looking like a knight take a lesson from the Mauler! Jump jets, really?
This was the Uber balanced mech of its time. Who wasn't good in a Black knight?
The Galdiator/Gladbag: Awesome look but Uber balanced, again..Jump jets? Really? Who wasn't good in a Gladiator?
Diashi: I don't know if I liked this mech because it moved so slow or if I hated the huge head on legs. I used to get so excited seeing this pig as an enemy. It was a Chimera, Raven, Uller, Flee, Uziel, WolfHound pilots's dream in a blobby sack. Not only did it have a powerful alpha strike but it couldn't turn and moved like a slug. Sniping in a Chimera with a T-bolt was a dream come true until unless I got sloppy and got hit with its' monstrous arsenal. Oh the fun I had circling these bowling balls with small mechs and machine guns. Imagine being in a Diashi with an all MG Flee running around you LOL!!!!! Or a Flame throwing Wolfhound roasting you to ashes.
the Madcat: Just hated it for its popularity. Really no other reason.
the Shadow cat: Almost over powered but it looked like a walking Ivar's clam. Awesome mech but Meh... The only time I liked it was when some one on my team was piloting one. A Chimera Shadow Cat was a good combo of attack.
FEK315...OUT!

You forgot to add several large, brightly polished blind rivet "piercings" to the head of the 'mech (possibly obstructing pilot vision). And the crappy mesh-backed baseball cap with uncurled brim...

Charger is second most disliked Mech.
Clint is third most disliked Mech. The clint is used by many units, but one good hit and ammo explosion.
