A bobble head or (statue) that would be cool to see in game would be an Adept or Acolyte.

They would be hooded robed figure.

Maybe with a wrench in hand or prayer book to bless the mech.

I would buy any funny and unique cosmetic changes, paint jobs for my mechs, defrente croshair etc.. But i think that u need to be careful with hero mech's becaouse if 1 is OP game is becoming p2w and u will loose lot of players. My opinion is that hero mech should be classic mech with storyline and unique paintjobs maybe with some other cosmetic stuff. I want to say that u should make every mech avilable for CB, and for MC u only buy things that not affect game balance in any possible way. In LoL u don t have champs that u can buy only for money. I know that hero mech's are balanced for now but playin with mech u can buy only with money feels wrong for me.

I would pay for a hero venom http://mwomercs.com/...with-hero-idea/

Or a gliding spider.

Make it happen.

They may well make more money if they decrease prices. I'd pay $5-10 for a cool hero mech, and that rate I'd probably buy most of the hero mechs that come out. If MC were 1/3rd as expensive, maybe people would buy 5 times as much of it, thus making Piranha more money. The latest hero mech costs nearly $30 worth of MC!!! That's the price of a whole video game, or half the cost of whole brand new premium video game. For ONE mech?
At the present cost of mechs, once the MC from my founders package is gone, that's it, no more MC for me.
I love the game and want to play for years, so I want it to make the most money possible, which includes me buying things, but it has to be reasonable.

I would pay to set up my mech the way I want, you tell me how many tons I can use and I put whatever I need...

Because I want my little spider to have more lasers xD

Oh you know what... I am sure that most people would buy extra TONS

I could see someone abusing that system by paying for a single month, and then dumping massive quantities of c-bills to buy all the Hero Mechs in one swoop.

However, perhaps offering discounts on MC-transactions while players are running Premium Time might be more tenable.

Limit it, with stacking benefits. You can only buy 1 Hero mech a month with CBills, and for the first month you can only buy a light mech. Second you can buy a light or medium. Third you could buy a light, medium, or heavy. Lastly, you could buy a light, medium, heavy, or assault. That way you can't abuse it for a month and you need to pay at least four months of benefits to earn the right to buy the biggest mechs. Planetside 2 does something very similar - the longer you're a subbed member, the more benefits you'd get.

I'd love a subscription with a 10% increase to CBills and XP, stackable with premium time and hero/founders mechs, 1k MC a month, and secondary sales similar to what they run every weekend for everyone (but only available for subbed members). That right there wouldn't take up too much from non-paying members yet would easily justify $15 a month from me.

That would destroy game balance and the game will become pay to win. More money more tons... Very lame. The game should be balanced so players should use their brain not wallets.

My suggestion on cash shop items: Clan tech.

P2W anyone? No, better weapons and equipment should NOT be paid items.

I agree that the prices are too steep for me, but it seems to me to be an obvious business model. You get the purchases from who are willing to pay the higher prices, then you progressively let the mechs go on sale for lower and lower prices. That way, you can maximize your profits from people across the spectrum of their price ranges. PGI isn't doing anything wrong on this front. Don't worry, you'll probably see sales that drop these mechs into your price range in the course of the next few years. You can buy them then.

Maybe instead of providing a discount for mech purchase, how about an "VIP subscription"?
It gives you full access to all mech in the game, the mech will be customizable, with all skill unlocked. All consumable will be free to use.

If you stop paying, everything is removed and you are back to default or your previous progress.
It will be great for the casual working class player who don't have the time to grind Cbill, EXP and GXP, but have disposable income. And for those without alot of pocket money to buy hero.
The developer can even make the "VIP subscription" available at different duration with varies pricing.

example:
Peak Hour Pass at $1, 4 hours of playtime at server peak hour.
24hours Pass at $2, for new player who want to try out the game or a new mech before committing.
Week Pass at $12, 7 day VIP subscription.
Month Pass at $35, 30 day VIP subscription.

As stated in the "A modest proposoal" thread in this very subforum, paying for a Tetatae bobblehead is high up on my list of things I'd pay for.

Because at that point you're providing a lot at a high cost that few would use. They would most likely benefit from charging sub accounts $15 a month that would still spend money on MC to a majority than they would collecting higher individual payments from a minority. Not to mention ******* off the folks who cry wolf at every chance they can for P2W.

The suggestion is an optional alternative payment, not changing the game from freemium to subscription model.
Those who don't want to spend cash can still play as per normal, they can still grind for Cbill, EXP, GXP, buy and customize mech.
The VIP subscription just allow player to bypass the grind.

This is something I see in other MMOFPS service in my region (south east asia).
Player can purchase a Day Pass and get instant access to everything, these pass are in good demand especially by school children without much pocket money to buy a hero outright.
It is possible for player to succumb to spending urge and keeps buying these pass, in the long run they ends up paying more than they would if they just buy a hero and do the necessary grind.

To put it plainly, the VIP subscription is for casual player.
The hardcore player can still go about their business as usual.

PGI should really reach out to players in an official survey to gather their feedback on this matter, specifically players that have for example spent a resonable amount of $ so far (not specifically founders but obviously including them too).

Ummm..... that's kinda what this thread is for pal. Now, back onto our paid programming.

I'd pay for:

Sweet Decals

birthday party when I head cap someone

birthday party when I get killed

Victory dance for my mech at the end, but nothing too spectacular

And, well this is just something I was thinking, what if we could pay to have a cool intro into a battle?

an orbital strike on anyone who starts poptarting in the game. It can be a module, as soon as someone moved behind a hill, and jumps, fires and doesnt move from that spot, an Ion cannon one shots their mech. Id pay for that.

oh yeah, an sp campaign.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO THIS!!!
I love the SP campaigns.
Dont do what was done in MW3 and 4 with the 'scavenge all your bits' but rather do the MW2 thing, and just drop with a weight limit.
250 tonne mission limit - that could be two assaults with a scout, or a star of 50 tonne mediums.
