I would pay for practically any customization.

Except I don't agree buying 95% of the colors with only MC's. I just got off the color page in MWO and less than 8 or 10 of the colors can be bought with CB's and they cost 1,250,000 credits. Heck I can buy the best ER LL for a 1/3 that price in CB's.

The rest are mostly 500 MC's with some at 1000. To get a full paint job it would cost from 1500 to 3000 MC's. Not a good thing. Just my opinion of course. Most of us have one and most, including mine, stinks (like that other part of the body eveyone has).

Have a nice day

A Windham Khatib bobble-head, or a rearview mirror.

Here's what I WON'T pay real money for, and PGI can figure out the rest:

* 5 dollar paint jobs

* Pointless cosmetic BS to clutter up my cockpit

* 20 dollar hero mechs

I like micro transactions. Don't get me wrong.

But there is nothing micro about any of these transactions. Any amount of money you spend on this game is probably going to be enough to buy yourself lunch.

And they expect you to give it to them for a little glowing rotating light in your cockpit.

SO DON'T. Why am I getting premium content for an UNFINISHED GAME?

Oh yeah, cuz the only thing that matters is MINIMAL MARKETABLE PRODUCT

Quote

A great strategy to minimise the investment risk is to envision a lean, minimal product with the smallest possible feature set. I refer to such a product as the minimal marketable product. It contains just enough functionality to be viable – to launch, market and sell the product successfully. Developing a minimal product is quicker and cheaper than a more ambitious, feature-rich one. If the product bombs less time and money is lost. If it is a success, the product starts earning money sooner. Additionally, a minimal product allows us to receive feedback earlier so we adapt the product quicker to the market response. Rather than trying to create the perfect product, we follow the motto “get it out, then get it right.”

Read that a few times. “get it out, then get it right.”

What PGI said, I guess, was

Quote

get it out, then MASS PRODUCE ****** PREMIUM CONTENT

I would pay $30 every six months for the convience of premium access. Curently I find the offerings too little and price too high to command retail subscription prices.

Also, I would pay cash money for some sort of non-canon support mech that could repair other mechs in the field.

Last but not least I'd offer up some dosh if they created a "carrier" type mech you played co-operatively with pugs or friends depending on how you drop. The carrier would be 100t, and require 3 players (a commander and 2 pilots tethered to it).

The role of the carrier body would be to provide minimal ranged support while offering an obnoxious amount of module slots. The "satellite" mechs associated with the carrier share the same markings, and benefit from all of the carriers modules without having to take any of their own, but limited to a 1000m range from the carrier). The light mechs would not be configurable, but the different variants of carriers will offer a variety of equipment and slots.

I'd love to be able to place a personal Polaroid-esque photograph/photographs in my cockpit as a customisation option! Much like those we always see in war movies. I think that will be a great addition and many people would pay to have something like that in their own cockpits to add a more personalized touch. Photos should be able to be uploaded locally and cropped I would assume.

I understand monitoring of sensitive content may be an issue s maybe Devs can make it so that spectators are unable to view these photos when in Spectator mode much like how Spectators can't see Out-of-bounds warnings and the like while in Spectator mode.

And Mech-sized Fog lights/ Spot lights for searching in those nasty dark crevices!

I hope you guys like my suggestion! Thanks

I would pay MechXP (hundreds of thousands) to put a "Master Patch" on the shoulder of my mechs.

A campaign. Reasonably price the initial campaign (you can hav epeople purchase it through mech credits). And charge more mech credits for expansions. I would pay $50 for a good campaign. (and additional money for expansions after if they want).

You have to create AI (and definitly a soundtrack) but that ai only eneds to be tweaked for expansions. Just a thought

I would pay for new singleplayer mechwarrior. I would not pay anything to any multiplayer game because it is either pay to win or anoying draw with kill:death ration 1:1-2:1 tops

I think the prices for colors and camo schemes should be adjusted so that a players can personalize their mech and not feel like they are dumping $$ on something with no actual kill value so-to-speak. Also, it will add variety to the battleground and give the player a better connection to their "personalized" creation... and when 3rd person is implemented in the training grounds, the player can finally see what their mech really looks like to other players. (Keeping in mind that I am opposed to 3rd person view in actual combat. After all, this is a simulator).

Pay to have one of your victims names on your favored weapon arm? Or kill hash marks or outlines stamped on the cockpit when seen in the mech bay? 1 stamp = 100 kills etc.

a working game ;) just kidding

but on the other hand alot of us would spend more
money if they would feel more integratet
so i would pay a sum to get something
like subscriber info to support the game
but doubt on the other hand this will happen
sadly :)

Honestly I would pay for what they have now (colors, etc) if they had it more sanely priced.

Gameplay elements I would pay handsomely to support:
Destructible buildings.
A co-operative campaign. (AI)
BeamNG integration. ()
A non-video card breaking way to integrate PiP.
Basic base defense AI.

Things I want but am not sure I'd pay for: (because I think should be standard)
In game voice comms
Reticle targeted lance and squad commands (i.e movement, calling targets)
MC entry fee tournaments
Drop weight specific (brawl) matches (I.e. light only, assault only)

Also I don't know anything other than the games (lore, books, none of it) so I'll give someone a dollar to explain to me why a small laser weighs 0.5 tons, a medium laser weighs 1 ton (small x2) and a large weighs...holy crap...5+ tons (medium x5). What is the formula that makes 3 and 4 ton lasers impossible?

I'd pay to see publically visible ELO or ladder rank (bronze, silver, etc.) in place. I'm tired of matchmaking works, trust us without the transparency of actual ELO and ladder rank being visible by us the players.

i'd pay them quite good money to give my beloved cat K2 a permanent cbill bonus...20%, to not offend founders and hero-mech buyers
