I think the Jenner is the right size for balance - ie hard to hit & see at any range. It means lights can survive on the battlefield.
Be interesting to see exactly how the Mechlab will operate.

The laser decals look pretty crappy.
Or I'm just not up to the fluff.

Forgive my newbiness, but I really only played the MechCommander games; are the hard points similar (or the same) as what MechCommander 2 did? Also I have no idea what critical space really means, so any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well they do not pulse because they are standard Laser weapons, Pulse lasers will not be discovered/rediscovered till the clan invasion, thats when you will see the pulse/strobe effect of lasers.

Some people have commented about the lasers...I for one think they look ok for what is effectively an Alpha Demo. They should look like a laser beam, short bursts are for when Pulse Lasers come into it. The AC20 looks freaking brutal and the missile salvo was very pretty
