Was hoping you'd pipe in here Bonewalker. Hmmm, a few more and we may have to start an all female Merc Corps. I don't think there were any in the canon, but we could help Randall rewrite history into the timeline

@Morgana, you could always just pull the hard drive and pop it in another computer as a storage drive and explore it and yank the files off it.. unless you can't hook it up to your motherboard.. IE: Sata only motherboard and IDE hard drive.. then your stuck..

I haven't had any problem with being a Woman in the world of Battletech, it just means that there WILL be some severe negotiations every 28 days or the Mech I'm riding in will suddenly go on a rampage.

Hey remember now, that is an average, its anywhere from 25-32 days but within that time-frame negotiations shall ensue

Greetings Snowflake, pleasure to meet you That makes 6 if I counted right, 6 more and we'd be set up for the 12 vs.12. Would be good to get a few extras, 16 total, for times when some can't make it. No worries, nothing happening yet, just looking ahead at future possibilities. And that's IF they let us play both as a House Member and a Merc. Not so sure about something like that yet. Stay tuned...

i had a similar problem a little while ago, then i got a drive dock, they are great, but you'll have to make sure it fits the drive in the old pc...and good luck with it too

I have an old 19" CRT monitor right next to me which I use as second display.
It's monstrous, but due to certain circumstances I wouldn't gain any room on my desk by replacing it, so there's no reason to spend 100 bucks as long as that one works, I think there's also some 15" still lying around somewhere, but I suppose sending them over is out of the question...

Indeed. I've estimated that there are roughly 10-15% females in the mechwarrior ranks at any given time. Usually they are pretty hardcore gamers and will kick your butt of you aren't up to the challenge............kinda like Glory here.

It is kind of intimidating to speak up among MechWarrior veterans, but, I have to start somewhere. I am not versed at all in MechWarrior, I grew up on the PC version of Heavy Gear.
