Shadowcat Prime of course! Although the Nova Prime is a nice brawler, the Shadow Cat is much prettier imho. And if I pilot a mech, I want it to look good.

Depends on few things like what game, witch class and witch role. On BattleTech and MechWarrior my overall favorites are Adder, Nova, Stormcrow and Warhawk.

On collectible card game I can be much more specific.... Fire Moth D. That combination relatively cheap cost, firepower and speed wasn't just over powered, but totally off the scale munchkin material for deciding matches in very short order.

My favorite mech was the Summoner.. JJ, 2 ER Large, 2 Light Gauss..Makes me all warm inside.

I'll break from the mainstream and say Kingfisher

It's the zombie of Clan-OmniMechs. You really have to blast it to pieces to make it stop.

Honorable mentions go to the Ebon Jaguar, for the design, and the Stormcrow, for the blend of speed and firepower.

Got a few that fit into "other"

Stormcrow: Prime variant can fire all day and not shut down, and A Config Has one hell of a rude surprise with an ultra AC 20

Nova: Hits harder then an awesome.

Executioner: Perhaps the finest dueling mech ever crafted and worthy of being a totem mech for clan Ghost bear.

I voted Mad Dog, because while I like a lot of the clan 'mechs, I just really like its design (similar to the catapult, I don't know why these 'mechs that are usually missile 'mechs seem to attract me so much). I had some trouble choosing between the Mad Dog and the Timber Wolf myself...
Nova is also very nice, but I'm still trying to figure out how to configure one to be something I can work with really well.
I've never really liked the Summoner/Thor nor the Hellbringer/Loki too much, they are just hard for me to find a variant I really like...

Sorry, I was just going off of Clan mechs, not Omni's.
