But ure right we need some kind of benchmark or just sandbox mode where we can test out .cfg file and mech...and devs should stop to lock on ours config options(i mean locked .xml values :x .

sys_spec_Shadows.cfg that I compiled from yours is outdated too after latest serverside fixes it caused slight fps drops so i switched back to user.cfg, still I must use BladeXXL's sys_spec_Shadows.cfg to turn Shadows off.
I believe its Postprocessing screwing some graphic commands. If I turn HDR off its all dark and unplayable with lowest fps. When I put into user.cfg edited engine's low settings for postprocessing along with other commands 1 man experienced constant startup crashes, and I got 1 crash too. So now I deleted sys_spec_PostProcessing.cfg until next patch, and deleted all PostProcessing commands except this part :

Can't get more than 25 fps in action no matter what.

I still havent finished tweaking the setup and i went through some interesting phases getting the hang of it but i have decent to fair FPS again!
I have been one of those unfortunates that suffered ever decreasing FPS as the patches came and went and i was ready to call it quits for a while there...
But i have seen the light! (actually i managed to turn it OFF in the settings, that was interesting to try and play with all lightsources off)
Ill post my spec here if i find it decent enough for public use.

I've updated my Hi-End config in the topic, finally finding the reason for the crushed looking buildings (especially on River City)
It was the missing e_LodRatio = 20 ... no idea when I lost it... but now everything is fine!
...looking forward for the upcoming patch...

Somehow I fixed it....why not realtime? Seems to work better then High for me. I asked here because it happened while tweaking user.cfg. Making trouble?

Your fps zreezing because its cfg for older patch, its outdated.
I have patch that works for old Dual-core CPU just fine. All you need is backup your user.cfg then unpack archive to MechWarrior Online\ and set settings to Low :

Somethings im just a moron at. I got my user config back up.. tnks blade. I just created the file again, but Im using the low end one from the first page I believe. I was looking through it this morning and I still have shadows which are a resource hog.
Is that config an old one too?
