dev != skilled player
Just because they code the game does not necessarily mean they're good at playing it. This OMG he killed a DEV!!!!!!!1111one **** is just silly.

I got to tell you 37 secs is a LONG time to kill a Hunchback.

37 seconds? what did the hunchback just stand there and take it like a man or something?

Not only that, but I would be willing to bet that we have Garth to thank for the Jenner's lagshield and collisions being disabled. He probably is happy as can be that the Jenners have such advantages.

Guys, there is no OP builds. I played in closed beta streak cat\gausscat\ac20 cat\MPL lolsome\2 UAC5 3 SRM6 Atlas and other *non OP* builds and have k\d over 20\1. Now i dont use this builds and have a k\d near 2\1 I think i just a crap pilot now, or i fogot how to use my hands and lost my mind =). I see some matches were jenner with tag and awesome 4 LRM15 + artemis wipe an ENTIRE enemy team within 5 min. The is no OP builds we just such bad pilots.

It doesn't matter if they jump. just wait till they come back down. If they jump up to a hill above you, back up and shoot them off the top. Honestly it is not hard. As I said I kill them easily all the time. In fact when I am in my atlas if I hear there is a streak cat on the other side, I will go hunting them on purpose! And I kill them almost every time. If you are failing to do so, adjust your strategies.
Oh my GOD!! seriously, can we get more of these "I can kill then easy!!! WITH MY ATLAS" posts.... yes, lets all roll out with assault mechs and call it Atlas's online...... This isn't about how cool and pro you are killing things!, its a plain explanation on why something is broke...... DEAR GOD!!!! I also think people like you, yes, YOU, believe everyone should play, think, act, and be YOU... ughh, ewww, you make me sick.

At least they can make a point without using lots of caps and exclamation marks like a 3rd grade love letter.
What people like you fail to understand is that you're not supposed to be able to easily defeat any other mech/loadout with whatever loadout you choose. When you run into something you can't easily defeat it doesn't mean that that something is broken. It means your tactics don't work on that target, in that situation. Try some other tactics, hopefully crying on the forum isn't the most effective one you've got.
The streakcat has plenty of weaknesses. If you refuse to exploit those weaknesses the problem is not streakcats, cupcake.

I'm a walking example of how the steakcat isn't magical. If I don't have a teamful of people distracting the enemy I don't get shart done. Even when I do, I rarely get more than one or two kills. Oh yeah, I have tons of damage and assists, but no kills.
I have had maybe three perfect storms where I had 3 or more kills. Those are fun runs. I've had them in every style of mech I've played so far. Good pilots have them more often. The mech makes a lot of things easier, like killing the billion gorram light mechs running around. It does not make you a better player. I have been taken apart by other steakcats who were more damaged than I was. I have been taken apart by people at range who glanced off an ear. There are lots of ways to die in a steakcat. Find out how to introduce your enemies to them.
