And by balanced I mean weight restrictions or mech class restrictions and so on. Because as of now announced 8v8 PRE system makes entire [medium] mech class not viable for team composition building. I.e. why do I need to take mediums in when I can freely build my team around heavies and assaults with single light as a scout? And heavies are in all ways superior to mediums.

Also I see people complianing about matchmatching and new user experience i think a way to help with that is to introduce bot games people can play like league of legends

And seriously, there are so many questions being asked that have been answered in past Ask The Devs, or are even in current posts in the Command Chair section. Do some reading people, and don't get pissed when the Devs choose not to answer a question that has already been answered somewhere else.

are you satisfied with the metrics you get from analyzing the match data during open beta and how much weight does it have when tweaking/balancing the game?

As a Founder using a Cataphract with FF armor, my repair bill has made it to 112k, if I didn't have the premium bonus I would be taking a loss for the match. While 112k is on the high end, i generally average 80-90k plus on a losing battle, if I wasn't a Founder that would pretty much make every mission I lose a cash loss or breaking even.
I guess in short, I'm asking that with the new items being added, do you plan on upping the rewards or is that just the cost of using new the new items?

There are a few variations, like having custom bindings, but just having a few standard msgs would be enough to allow a challenge to non-elite pre-mades on voice.
Something simple like the following would be enough as you can jam a key on the run without locking out piloting.
(F1) Tagging [currently locked mech] at [currently locked mech location]. (no lock maybe gives ?? and your current location)
(F2) Multiple contacts at [my mech location].
(F3) Enemy at our base, need help.
(F4) Cap the enemy base.

When can we expect some improvements to the netcode such that the lag doesn't impact our ability to hit?
