(Cheating) The bane of F2P

Secondly, who do I have to sleep with to get into closed beta?
Back onto topic. The bane of F2P games and the stain upon all PC gamers everywhere - cheaters. Generally speaking these are a bunch of sad individuals running a script of some form to give them an instant advantage, aim bot and the like.
I've seen several free to play games running from avergage to good with serious potential brought to ruin because of this normally small group of people. You can bet your botom dollar/sterling/euro/yen etc that this group already has their beady little eyes on this game.
What steps will be taken to prevent these kind of shinanigans going on? And how will Piranha get around the fact that a banned member of the community can simply create a new account and get right back to it?

this please... punkbuster seems to work fairly well... but when someone DOES get around it, it is essentially impossible to get PB to act and stop them

I don't get it. Account creation is free, and cheaters won't be rocking large Mech Garages or custom gear; they're just there to cheat within the confines of the base gameplay.
Same problem with in-game miscreants. You can't rely on a kick system to remove them from the game, because most systems require a majority of players to vote, and most voting is enough of being too out of the way that most players who aren't being affected negatively by a cheater/griefer won't take the time to vote them out.
...and justice for none.

Just an aside, I've been playing Blacklight Retribution on occasion, its also F2P. I haven't seen any cheating personally, not sure if there's others who've reported actual cases of it.

It's just one more reason why Server Rental with owner-based administration (kick, mute, ban) would be a great feature down the line. I could run a server, even monitor it when I'm not playing on it, and get a heads up when a player is causing grief.

1. Being stuck with players that will not play the game. AFK, disconnect before the end of the match when they are losing or as they load in to aviod an fight.
2. The out of control Verbal / Text abuse.
3. Friendly fire that is not friendly ( please tell me there is a auto-ban for players that do this ) You know this is going to happen alot.
4. Exploits and clipping, you know people will seek out and find the advantages.
5. Playing with idiots, yes, Idiots... The 5 year old that cannot play to save his life, those that have zero tactical sense, not loading ammo into your mech mis-configurations, LEEROY JENKINS, Campfests meh you know you probably have seen it before.
This is why P V P games are a challenge.
I hope there is some controls to deal with these issues.
