Robots of the manned variety, anyway. Plus transformers that aren't Unicron.

Which, in general, is:
Superior in combat, taking things like weaponry/survivability/manuevrability/usability/etc into account.
Inferior in combat, taking the above into account.
Cooler, and if you don't vote Battlemechs, you are a dirty heathen.

I voted Zoids, Vertical Tanks, and Battlemechs, respectively. Titans are just too ridiculously large and slow, and any of the other options could just run through the shields, between the legs, and shoot it in the crotch. Gundams look like crap and I hate anime, so no bias there at all. Never played Armored Core, but it is set about 5 minutes into the future, so they can't be all that great.

Bringing Godbots into the equation is no longer allowed.

Running through an energy shield causes damage, so no you couldn't just cheapshot a Titan. Not that you'd even get the chance as most of them have a 'deal with faster enemy' weapon system.

Destroids are specifically garbage. That was the idea. They were cheap garbage but good for point defense. Need proof? Watch any episode of Robotech and count how many dozens of Destroids die to Battle Pods.

Titans are still the coolest.

Zoids, Steel Battalion and Battletech in that order ;), mainly because Zoids are so much faster then Mechs when you compare there tonnage and speeds, Atlas is a 100 tons and moves a 54km/h while a Liger Zero is 85 tons and moves at 307 km/h and Zoid, on the subject of weaponry Zoids and Mechs are comparable but not the same

This is kind of my thinking as well (and kudos for having the Zero's stats on hand ;) ).

Of all the mechs that aren't the land-air variety (which we'd have to assume massively cut into available armor), zoids are by far the most agile, and display weapon outputs that are at least very high up on this list, sometimes even into the terrajoule range (though mid-high gigajoule-range blasts seem more common, if often in rapid-fire weapons).

If we're daring to cite the deathsaurer, you'd be possibly talking low petajoule range weapon outputs (or put another way, a constant high-terrajoule output that never turns off). Granted, that's an unfair mech to cite, because it's non-standard, and because there's a size discrepancy between the anime and the models, but if one wanted to be extreme, I'm at least somewhat certain that nothing else on this list can match such outputs.

Imperial Titans are a class of their own. They can stomp on all of these alleged mechs. Even the largest of assault mechs look like tiny babies to the largest Imperial Titans.

The Imperator and Warmonger Emperor Titans stand approximately 55.5 metres (166 feet) tall

Operating on 5k year old Imperium crap, piloted by 20+ different personal, I imagine? I'm sure it could stomp on several Atlases in a single step, but how fast can it move and with what accuracy? If it lifted its foot more then 10ft, the thing would crumple to the ground.

BTW, Locust LCT-6M can outpace a Liger Zero. ;)

Why did you add titans? Wh40k is built around the sole principle of the biggest, strongest tech fighting itself.

Nothing on the list could possibly beat a titan.

As much as I have to say it, Armored Cores are superior combat wise...

Gundams are clearly inferior

And Battlemechs are cool B)

there alot more durable than you think... their not deteriated piles of tissue paper (Urbanmech?)
also the weapons they carry make up for their speed, they outrange about any battletech weapon and their firepower is insane. (also shouldnt be on the list because its sorta unfair)

I put AC as superior, I had to set aside my extreme love of the BT universe. They are just so superior, can move super fast, pretty much fly, crazy awesome weapons, and energy shields/swords. I prefer the intro to "For Answer" and AC 3 to just that one from 4 though. Any mechwarrior would have a damn near impossible time trying to get a bead on one of those nimble beasts. I do prefer the MW series and universe though.

for the people saying Titans or whatever it was from Warhammer, If you watch the Armored Core For Answer vid, it clearly shows the AC's taking down things WAY bigger than the Titan, They're called Arm's forts... youtube it =D

I put VT's as inferior, I've only played the new one, don't know how the older game was, but the new one has the worst slowest most hard to use mechs ever designed.

and of course we wouldn't be here if BT wasn't the coolest.

Main issue with Zoids I see is an Armored Core, not even a NEXT, but a standard AC outguns, outspeeds, and outarmors a zoid... plus they can all fly, and have fully modular weapon systems.
Take a NEXT into the equation with Primal Armor and things get even more ridiculous.

im talking about titans o.O (i was responding to someone who responded to me) i agree zoids are the most inferior thing here, about anything on this list would just laugh them apart.

Afraid not; the locust is about 5kph too slow even with a MASC, and unlike the Zero, it'll overheat in seconds. Besides, the Zero base config isn't the fastest zoid B) (a lightning saix is capable of 325kph, the Zero Jager 330kph).

I'd be curious to see what evidence you're referencing to draw that conclusion. BT certainly isn't going to come remotely close in terms of firepower, let alone agility, Transforers are able to be damaged by low kilojoule-range weaponry if we're taking the films into consideration, and I'm not seeing a curb stomp against terrajoule range weapons and high-level agility at hundreds of kph from most of these other franchises either (most not necessarily meaning all).

Edit: I forgot the availability of energy shields as well, and rather durable ones at that
