Will you ever stop people posting the same old topics over and over again
namely like every 20 min we get a new rage topic about ECM's,
surely there is a way to police the forums and delete these eye sores.

or at least make a topic area page yourself saying "all rage here please"
just trying to keep general chat to just that general chat and, not alot of people that are unable to
use the search function and moan in the same place as each other.

Do multiple overlaping ECM bubbles in Disrupt mode stack so that you need an equal number of counter ECM mechs to negate their ECM?

If so then do you think that it might be a good idea to make it so that they do not stack in this way?

If not then you may have a bug to look into.

1. When will I be able to buy MC, Mechs, or Items as gifts for friends in-game? Christmas is coming, you know.
2. Is the upgrade system really finalized at this point? Why won't you let me "unlock" double heat sinks and switch between DHS and SHS at my leisure? I would still be willing to pay a fee each time, say 10-20% of the unlock cost, but don't make me waste tens of millions of c-bills just to "experiment" with the different builds I want to try. Experimenting with different builds is a major part of the fun in mechwarrior.

Q: How do you expect Clan Tech will affect the pace of the game? Clan Tech is generally superior to all IS mech, often meaning you deal more damage, at more range, for less weight - this will make any mechs equipped with it deal more damage. At the same time, there isn't really much in the defensive department - no armour let's you go over the usual maximum values. That means in essence, combats are going to be faster. Do you think that's something the players will appreciate, or might it turn people off?

I would like to see Tag and NARC be able to counter ECM for the purposes of LRM spotting. It would keep ECM essentially intact, but would provide an alternative way to get around it, at least temporarily.

Also, while on the subject of NARC, the effect should be much longer. By the time you take on the weight of the launcher and ammo, it's really not worth using compared to the Tag.

Q: When will we get a map that focuses more on the Night Vision, instead of Thermal? With the ECM, Thermal has become extremely useful, but Night Vision remains almost useless.

Only real complaint so far is that if you don't have enough time to play a lot, making money takes a ridiculous amount of time. Other than that, I love the game, and you guys keep churning out better and better stuff!

And on this topic, not so much a separate question, but additional information I'd like to add in the form of this thread, where I took the time to piece together what I believe to be, some decent math on the subject, namely the increase in purchases/interest that could be found in making the camo system more of a permanent unlock feature. Granted same as the poster I quoted, I am also concerned with prices in general, mechs and vanity items namely.

Can you clearly explain all the situations that trigger a "tie"? Will it always be a tie if times run out?

1.) Is it intended that two 4 man groups can synchronize que and drop on the same team? If not this needs a fix, because until you, PGI, say otherwise the 'synch que' is an accepted feature. (I am not a fan of it).

2.) Is it possible to have the match maker drop one 4 man on each side, fill the remainder, then start? Current match making is sloppy coding at best.

3.) Is it possible to put two weight class divisions in the 8v8 que? One for more balanced teams and one for heavy groups.

will you guys please make flamers more useful? i equipped 5 of them on my cataphract and tested it on a groupmate with his consent.....by the time i shut down (15-20 seconds of constant flames) he had only heated up to 9%, and of course there was minimal dmg. this should knock a mech out cold.....5 flamers ...think about that...they are currently useless at doing the ONLY thing they exist to do. please offer some useful information..a buff for them coming..or something...cus this is rediculous......

What's the content roadmap look like for maps after the desert map? Would love to see a jungle map soon... especially since it is the CryEngine.

Q1: Are you happy with the pace of the game?, i feel its abit fast, i would like mechs to be able to soak up alittle more damage. any plans on adding/removing armor..or buffing/nerfing weapons damage?

Q2: ETA on knockdown and collisions?

Q3: Netcode....lagshield....light mechs......your thoughts?

Q4: any plans for EU servers?

1) What's up with the pricing model? I feel that things are way over priced and not a great value for the money. I am not a money tree but would like to invest in more stuff. I feel like I'm being priced out of this game.

2) When can we expect DX11 support?

3) Can we have some functionality that allows teams to pair off against each other regardless of thier size? For example my team of eight wants to have a lance vs lance battle. It would be nice to have a single ready room where we can form teams and then drop into a single game. We could choose the map, map conditions, etc. Essentially what we could do in Mechwarrior 4. The option to drop with stock mechs only would be great as a community league building platform. That way everyone plays on an equal footing.

Q2. If you do or don't plan on making an atlas hero mech can I financially motivate you to do so sooner and how much would it cost.

Q3. Any chance to ever buy ultra rare one of a kind mechs. I'd be willing to pay hundreds for a custom mech.

Q4. Will you guys please upgrade the founders mechs to be able to carry the new equipment (ECM etc) as it comes out. It would be a great show of support for the founders who supported pgi and love this game. Not new mechs just the ability for the founders mechs to carry the equipment if they can find the room and weight.

Why does guardian ECM jam streak missiles? When that ability is limited to the later more advanced Angel ECM? And even than when being jammed by angel your supposed to be able to fire them as regular SRM's?

Many moons ago, I thnik around June, I asked you about the possibility of doing a "Day at the Office" video tour of MWO HQ.

Any chance of this happening? I think we'd all love to catch Paul asleep at his desk!
