Need to add combination option in the poll, atleast an all of the above. ;p

Given the current in game mechs my response will be Light and heavy. Raven and Dragon.

I voted light, but it should be said that I kinda consider the Cicada to be a light 'mech because you have to drive it like one, even if it technically is not.

I will play what i can get. Really don't have a preference in sizes of mechs. I like mechs with all energy weapons so that will be what i will play the most. I guess there will Not be healers in this game haha. I will try to tank or play damage dealers or scout.

I really want to take the scout role but I think that doing it in a light chassis will be a detriment unless I have a really heavily EW'd chassis like a Raven. As a scout I would more probably like to roll around in a medium. The decent armor and good mobility would give me the tools of a decent scouting platform without the vulnerabilities that a light chassis suffers. The Cicada would actually make a really nice chassis to scout in if it had a tougher hide(more armor).

Personally, I'm probably going to stick with either the Hunchback, or the Catapult-K2, I might do a Commando if my lance desperately needs a scout mech, but otherwise I won't bother.

At the start most probably the Assault ones.

Why?

Well, the reason is the Awesome. I love that beast, and none the less, the standard AWS-8Q are basically a good PPC-boat (the first thing need to do is throw out that useless SLas, and put an another half tons of armor).

Probably more towards the medium to heavy mechs for me. Though I do like to run around in a scout every so often.

Same here.

Light, In an ATLAS!!!! JKJK!

Light class Cent. I love the idea running around the back of heavies then shooting them at the back with an A/C 20.

sarna, the battletech wiki says 3053, so if MW:O sticks to this realtime timeline, four years. maybe we'll get a few time-skips ahead at some point?

This poll has renewed my faith in humanity. Although I think some of the Heavy pilots need to downgrade their rides. XD
