Is there anything as far as a EULA, or Terms of Use Agreement that states, "All MC purchases are final"? I've been talking to PGI and I'm on the brink of never playing this game again, let alone spend money on it.

All fees and other charges are payable in advance and are non-refundable. We may, from time to time and without prior notice, modify, amend, or supplement our fees and billing methods, provided that such changes are made to this Agreement or elsewhere on the Website. All such modifications, amendments or supplements will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your Account at any time, but we will not refund any fees that may have accrued to your Account before such cancellation, and we will not prorate fees for any charges.

(I'm one of those strange people that actually reads those things before giving people money, so I knew it was in there)

I'm so glad so many people are comfortable talking **** to people they don't know behind the safety and security of a keyboard.

Maybe that's why LOL's community is so bad... or any game for that matter.

Just because they berate you for not doing a simple ctrl+f on the eula, does not make them trolls. Also, it is best to expect any online purchase to be final, unless stated otherwise.

If you've been talking to PGI, why do you feel the need to post? And there is a big Support button at the top. If you were genuinely asking it would be a different matter, but sounds like you are using the forums to express displeasure at the state of the game rather than creating a thoughtful critique of the game with the intention of relaying quality information to the team rather than complain...

You are just mad because you do not understand the concept of "beta" and I am just mad because you are ignorant and I have to read posts like this all day from other people just like you. So my suggestion is to just be a man and walk away and play another game that makes you happy like Tetris, it's been out of beta for quite some time now and is far less complicated and best of all it's free and you don't have to ask for a refund should you feel it's unbalanced or lacking content.

Here's a tip, be self sufficient and take everything you read on the internet with a grain of salt,frankly you didn't do self research properly, a simple ctrl+f would have made this whole thread meaningless and is less effort on your part.

You made it harder for yourself, you get berated for it, and then you call those which berate you trolls? They are trying to help you by pushing you towards being more self sufficient.
