i dont know where to look so im posting.

where or how to i access paint? i have mc i know where camo spec button is but none of the buttons that follow work. how do i get buy paint to paint my mech?!?

You don't really "buy" paint. You go to camo spec and color your mech with the camo options provided (the boxes on the right side of the screen), then when you save it you are charged for whatever colors or patterns you used. Changes are permanent and you will be charged every time you alter the paint scheme unless you use free/c-bill content.

im clicking everything that appears up after you click camo spec, but i can not select anything. there is nothing to save.............. nothing to change........... i can see the colors in colors mode but nothing is clickable.

Sounds like a bug then. Is this the first time you've tried camo spec or has it been like this for a while?

iv reinstalled the game due to lots of crashes, before and after camo doesnt work.

If camo has never worked then there is something wrong. Could be a corrupt file or a compatibility problem; it's really hard to say. Best bet would be to check the support forum for similar problems or send PGI an email.

Are you using one of the mechs that hasn't had it's skins updated yet? Such as the Hunchbacks and the Awesomes. I read somewhere that it takes a few days to convert a model to receive colours. The 18th patch will fix this for all current mechs I believe.
