Bold assumption bro.

/shrugs/ If you're not using multiple autocannons and you're still worried about the lead issues... I'd suggest more practice.

Why would I use a configuration with multiple autocannons to kill a light 'Mech? That's a configuration designed largely for sniping at range.

Use a single big autocannon/groups of autocannons that don't need convergence (for instance, AC20, and yes, you can learn to lead ballistics into a laggy light 'Mech), lasers, or streaks (if you have ECM support to counter theirs).

I don't understand why people choose to play the game poorly and then complain about it.

Because you've been editing your post in earnest as though you have something of worth to say.....take a look at this thread:

http://mwomercs.com/...ix-op-hilarity/

On my part, I've seen multiple matches where a light mech cleans the field (6+ kills) because his lagshield is so intense they're literally invincible. So much so that they don't even go down when several veterans focus fire into the ether only to get a single blip on the damage doll that a small laser could humble.

This thread isn't about one single issue that PGI is terrible at. It's about how they're being terrible at a lot of things. Go start a new thread to complain about "people who choose to play the game poorly."

But you are rewarded for winning. The winning team is the one with the most assists, the most damage, the most teamplay, and the most everything.

So you don't get 10000000000000000000 millions straight for 'winning' the round? Okay. And?

Also, if you know anything about this game, you know that lights are far stronger than 100 ton fatlases, because they're impossible to hit through the lagshield.

sry, My Stalker didn't get that memo, I've buried quite a few mechs in it, including some lights.
