over all i liked what I read. man those blue pills sure do fix those bouts of ...displeasure

i have a lot of work to do testing the weapons and just how deadly they are now!

BUG FIXES
* Refresh MechTree Categories whenever mech ownership changes
* Refresh PilotTalents when GXP Changes via MXP conversion
