Yep! Gained 10 fps with a 6950 (unlocked to a 6970) and a i3-530.

What a great christmas gift this is!

Ahh, I LOST 10 fps with this patch. Now getting 17FPS max. Oddly my CPU is only utilizing 65% and my GPU is only at 75%.

Intel Core2Quad Q9550 (2.8ghz) and EVGA GTX 670

*sigh* My fps was fine before the patch... There goes my KDR... ;-)

Have you turned off V-Sync after the patch. Mine was off before it.

Oh no, my fps is fine. But now everyone else isn't struggling. I'm losing my high fps advantage. PGI is buffing everyone but me!

Yep, dual core optimization win!!
big boost. Its like at least as good as closed beta performance.
cpu usage is now around 90-95% instead of being pegged at 99.

dying to see if I turn shadows on what happens.. I suspect they were killing fps for me.. we will see.
Thank you for letting us turn them off.
Still would love to see two sets of sliders in advanced vid settings. One set for cpu intensive, the other for gpu..

I'm loving it too. Working with 12 - 18 fps while moving, I'm loving the new 25 - 32 fps. I'm actually went up to medium settings for once.

Your "patch" sucks, just like every other patch before it.

Oddly, every other game runs like clockwork.

On the bright side, the opposite team is always guaranteed a virtual 8v7 in every drop I take, so at least 7 other players will experience suckage in every drop I'm in.

And I'll be dropping to watch the freeze frames as much I can. Up yours.

i still got lag but it's my 250-300 aussie server ping that's doing it. i'll have to play more to make a verdict about improved frame rates but i've certainly not experienced anything worse after the patch.

lost about 10 fps here (did the game start ignoring my custom user.cfg again?), but turning definitely is smoother

Yeah there's definitely a much better frame rate over all, dropped frames and pop up seem to be almost eliminated so far as well. :)

Game is much smoother today than it was when I played last. I rewarded PGI for this, by buying the Flame mech.

+1

Absolutely amazing difference over recent patches. I'll put more details in the official feedback thread, but I'm seeing peaks ~75fps spectating. Unpossible. Some dips from time to time, but nothing lower than mid-high 20s (low end cpu with decent vid card). Averages over a few games seem to be around the 40s with low gfx settings at 1080x1920. ~50fps panning across the underground waterfall on Forest Colony. FOREST COLONY!!!! Baffling. Nice to see that map at a decent frame rate at last. Not enough matches today to be scientific about it, but performance seems quite improved overall.

For folks having problems:

nVidia recently released a new driver. I updated (clean install) before re-installing MW:O. As a matter of course I did a fresh install of the MW:O client. Could be worth trying.

Hmm was getting 50 fps before the patch now I'm getting 6 fps which makes the game unplayable.

I've reinstalled twice and have the latest drivers. I was playing the a few hours before the patch with no problems.

Don't know what you guys are smoking... I went from 15-25 FPS down to 5-15 FPS, and now the game is practically unplayable for me.

So, how come this patch has given some people an insane FPS boost and yet others an FPS crash?
