You guys are delivering a ****** product. I want a refund.

You cant handle bots.
Crashes that were prevalent in closed beta in July are still present now.
In game performance is worse than it was in July.
The balance is nul and void.
ECM is a BS implementation that a dumbass thought up.
Heat sinks are a stupid implementation.
Lag shields should not be a design feature.
You call it open beta and yet it should not be out of closed beta. Hell there are times it feels like it should be in alpha.


I have played a lot of time in the game. Wipe my account and give me a refund. I can tell you with a straight face and experience in game that PGI is messing it up. You have dropped the ball. You failed to deliver the promised quality product in the time frame you agreed to. Each patch it seems to get worse.

i actually like the performance now 60 fps no problem without the sli which this game currently doesn't use me and my team have played for hours without one drop no gold vision no hud gone loving it

Bit late for the whole refund thing man.

Most of the bugs plaguing the last patch seem to be gone and the performance for most is much better.

I asked for a refund the day we found out DHS were not 2.0 and weren't going to be, which they timed to fall AFTER open beta.

They told me no. They cited how long founders had been over (a stretch of the truth, the original end was far over but not the actual end), and that closed beta players had been given long enough to try out their product.

You have exactly zero chance, since you are even farther beyond the 30 days your credit card gives you to open a dispute than I was. If you're quitting I'd love your login info.

bots- stop standing still and getting headshot . aka dont suck
lag shield - is not designed that way. Its a netcode issue
ECm- learn to counter it, or shoot ecm mech
performance has been better this patch for a lot of people
heat is fine - learn to manage it
havent crashed since patch
open beta closed beta - who cares its beta. test it put reports in and enjoy..

Been stable for quite a while, very few dropout players as well.

I haven't had an issue so far, but in july they were using a different engine version as well.

OK, I can understand some skepticism and disappointment, but honestly... this patch was pretty decent. We won't know if they REALLY screwed up until CW.

You're not gonna get a refund this long after. Three months ago, maybe. Two? Possibly.

You can do a creditcard chargeback, or talk to your bank.

They can give me a refund or face a lawsuit based on Utah's laws where their product was sold. They promised a good product and what they have provided is ****. I should not have to suffer with 20-30 fps with my gaming rig when I can play Planetside 2 on high settings and get 50-60 fps. I chose not to play PS2 cuz it sucks as a game. I dont want to play modern warfare online.
I should not have to deal with the net code issues. They had 5 months to figure them out. They had 5 months of make any progress on balance. Instead what I see is a sledge hammer being used to fix small problems.
