A couple of months ago you removed the display window for current nubmer of users on-line form the game client. Why did you do that and is it coming back soon? If not, why?

Frequent questions and suggestions that, as far as I know, have gone unanswered:

1. Can we get a reconnect button? Aside from alleviating the problems resulting from the massive number of HUD bugs and CTDs, it would be nice in case my internet connection craps out.
2. Are you considering changing paint jobs so they are ownable, or are you happy with the current implementation?
3. Is anything in the works so we can rename and reorganize 'mechs in our 'Mech Bays?
4. Will we ever be able to buy stripped 'mechs (chassis only; no components)?
5. What other game modes are in the works or being considered (TDM, DM, some of the fun ideas from the forums like Retreat)?
6. Is there any sort of training ground / test arena in the works (even just dropping into a current map solo with some empty 'mechs to shoot at)?

Bonus Points:

7. Can we get a guesstimate on when net code will be fixed (I am a game developer and understand how messy and unpredictable things get, but are we talking late January or early summer)?
8. Can you give us a rough guesstimate about when collisions / knockdown will be put back in (again, I'd be happy with the vaguest of estimates)?

Are there plans for a more detailed mech-info within the mech lab?

Infos like Torso-Twist-Range, Missile Tubes on Hardpoints etc.

Those infos would stop a lot of discussion in the forums....

Q: Will there eventually be a way for Pugs to only play Pugs free of any premades?

Hi there,

simple question:
Will there be some cannon official color patterns?

For example Alliance Jaegers, or Lyran Gurars....Royal Guards eg.
Because some of us will never trade camoflage for pride.

will the atlas be allowed to runn a 400 engine? why not?

what will the next ecm (angel) do? block thermals, or put up force sheilds to stop lasers?

are you planning on watering down all higher teir tech to teir 1 tech balance like the DHS wich seriously hampers heavys and assaults weapon loadouts? As they can carry more weps than lights and meds but tend to only memice them due of heat issues

will house color schems and patterns be free if you join them?

As these answers are so far un answered previously i will throw them in again:
  • Is it planned that loadout changes will effect the appearance of a mech, i.e. if a medium laser is replaced with a PPC will the 3D modell show an appropriate representation of the new weapon?
  • Are the following customization options planned? Moving hardpoints to a different location (i.e. from Torso to Arms) and/or removing hand and lower arm actuators to free additional slots? And if yes, will those changes have influence on the appearance?
  • With the release of XTRO: Succession War I Catalyst introduced new designs for some of the unseen/reseen mechs, namely the Wasp, Griffin and especially Marauder. Any chance we will see those classic and epic mechs in the game based on the new art in this new XTRO?
  • Any future plans of having seperate timelines running? Currently whe have 3049, but i could imagine that many players would also like some 3020ish timeline and me personally would really like a Blakist Jihad timeline starting from 3069.

Once community warfare is released is it possible to have conquest resource points go towards building factories dropships mechs or anything cool like that?

When you where about to roll out ECM, there was a big stick about giving Guardian to a unit with jump jets (read: Le Jenner), which was already feared.

Looking back, do you think maybe it'd have been better on the Jenner then on all these things with missile hardpoints?

1. Any plans on updating Fang to be a mech that feels "different" from other dragon variants? By adding a JJs f.e. Or abiilty to put 2xUAC/5 on the arm?

2. Any plans on updating the UAC jamming mechanic? If yes, what are the planned changes and when? :)

3. Pilot stats would be great. Any dates when the first iteration will be published?

4. Do you plan of adding CBill sinks (ways to remove CBills from game) besides "buy new mech/gun" and "sell mech to make room"? Like losing money in the match, rare chance of weapon being destroyed etc?

5. Any good new trailers planned? Like the one with Atlas drop?

The current Paint/Camo implementation doesn´t have the approval of the community.
Do you plan to review it?
Implement micro-transactions for Paint/Camo/Cockpit items?
Camo/Paints bought via MC's are permanent?
Changing color/camo you already own (via mc's) just costing c-bills perhaps?

Lowering the current prices for hero mechs, promotions, etc?

Did you consider to use arms independendly for shooting to the side if moving the crosshair further to the side (see MW3)?
That way, you could use arm weapons (on one side) to a greater degree, but would be limited by cockpit size, because you cant see much on some cockpits.

Will we get Repair&Rearm back? If not, what happened to your plans that equipment, which is not repaired, will be less effective?
