Saitek x-52 for me just got it about a year ago and haven't actually had much opportunity to break it out and wear in the grip marks. looking forward to it.

x52. That stick was accurate enough for me to shoot up tanks in DCS A10. It should be good for accurate firing in Mech vs Mech combat. ;)

I have the same Joystick hanging around somewhere in a box BUT I don't think I can use it because it is NOT Windows 7 64bit compatible ;)

and if you do get it working I don't think the Force feed back will work AT ALL :(

An old Saitek ST220 I got from a cousin a long time ago for navigation plus mouse and keyboard... although I am looking into a decent enough joystick or hacking the throttle into a gas pedal.

Left hand: serial sidewinder precision pro (non force feedback)
Right hand: 5 button mouse

whats more important, buying a throttle of a joystick that doesn't need a serial to usb converter? (kinda want to keep it though, still works like new)

I just picked up a Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas X to replace my old Saitek Cyborg EVO that died after a number of years. Overall the quality is great, so hopefully this one will stand up to 'spirited' use.

I plan to use the logitech g940. I can't wait! However, I have as feeling a mouse and keyboard may work better. :D

I too will be using the Logitech G940, but i think it will work much better than a mouse/keyboard.

Logitech G940 mounted under my desk.

This is what I PLAN to use, but only time will tell if it works as well as mouse and keyboard. I did use this setup in MechWarrior 4 before I got my new computer, and it was very nice. That game didn't support the flight system though, so I had to use the G940's software to make a profile to work for MW4. I've got my hopes up that MWO will support the G940 so I don't need to use a software profile.

The Acer monitor on the right is a 3D steroscopic monitor, and I look forward to trying that out in MWO, but it will depend on the reticle if I'll play 3D or not. Portal 2 in 3D is the best thing ever.

My plan is to utilize almost all the buttons on the flight system so I'll never feel I need to use mouse and keyboard while playing, even to mess with weapon groupings.
