It would be interesting to see the data, because at the moment the game is balanced enough that a single mech either way can have a drastic difference in a match. In Battletech, CLG - Combat Loss Grouping can account for a lot of this effect, but the consistent 8-0 matches does seem to indicate that perhaps something needs to be tweaked for more even results. I suspect ELO will help this immensely.
Finally, it also does matter what time you play. I have noticed a definite, noticable difference when I play in the mornings AEST time versus nights AEST time. I go from 1/4 wins at night to 2/3 wins in the mornings. I also do find a larger number of 4+ man teams at night here. I think this is because the time zones match up with the more dedicated player base in the US vs. when the more casual players are around.
Yey! Another Canberran - the first I have seen. I play between 11.30pm to about 1.30am and find about a 50% win rate solo pugging - never have dropped in the mornings so cannot state what win rate is there.
Weekends are particularly dreadful for going up against teams and sync droppers (identiffy common names) so I reduce my gameplay during those time periods.
Cheers!

Good luck finding a title that you enjoy. Try this one maybe again down the road, hopefully some things change.
How do you know premades are in most matches?
I have been trying the pug scene the past 2 weeks. And have also been trying to ask both teams if anyone is in a premade at all. The most common answer is either "pug" or "yeah me an my friend". Rarely have I seen anyone reply with a 4 man yet. And I have yet to see a 4 man sync drop.

Sync drops are a rarity though, they take precise timing and a fair bit of work to make happen. I don't remember the last time I faced one and my group only does it every few weeks and usually to face eachother in duels. I do not consider sync dropping an exploit.
Really though guys, enough with the premade stigma. Join a group and get a piece of what you've been missing. The enjoyment factor of this game goes way up when you add the element of teamwork coordination. When grouping becomes more wide spread the balance of matches will even out into a nice competitive scene.

Neither are you. Your picture can only prove 2 things:
1 you lost
2 the matchmaker put 8 founders on 1 team.
All the founder tag means is they payed to enter closed beta, not that they are automatically on a team. I'm a founder and I pug all the time.

i dont care if your against a pug team, if your putting up that little damage as a team you deserve to lose.

if you're in a 4 group and the enemy team has one as well you can have pretty good games, but it's very rare.

Only 3 doing 100+ damage.
Though what do these people ******* expect? They play the lone wolf, get tossed in with a bunch of other lone wolves and expect to be on par with a coordinated group? How about you drop the lone wolf crap in a team based MMO and get onto a team.

Does it conclusively prove premade? Of course not but surely having 6-8 more experienced players on one team must be a huge advantage.
IF OP's statistic of 90% vs 8 founders on opposing side is correct, then something smells fishy. However, might have been better if he'd posted screenshots of all his matches to support that 90% figure.

If that is all you got out of that picture then you aren't very bright. It's a common sight among those of us that pug. Once 2 or 3 or maybe even 4 of your teammates has rushed out into the oncoming group of veteran players (regardless of premade or not) they die often before I've even gotten my fatlas into position. At this point it's already over. If it is a premade you will be lucky to get more than 200 damage done before the blob gets you, unless of course you are in a faster mech and can maybe find a lone wolf or 2 on the other team that have wandered off from the blob.
Hell, that picture isn't actually all that bad for your common pug, I had a group today that had 4 players that did under 100 damage combined (and no they were not afk). Regardless of whether or not the picture he put in was a premade or not - at the end of the day, it sometimes seems as if the MM that doesn't even exist somehow finds a way to put as many of the newer players as possible onto one side. I can't explain it, but it happens way more often than mere coincidence would suggest.

But I thought the team with all the founders wasn't a premade? Make up your minds will you. How about you understand the basic concept that this game is dying quickly and continuing the push for 'join a group or clan or get out' is in no way even close to the answer to help this game grow its playerbase. You couldn't be more wrong if you tried.
