If it's anything like the MPBT 3025 game that EA tried to put out, it'll rock.

If it's something where people schedule matches and then just play together through that, then I'm not so sure.

Well MPBT 3025 had some problem (Empty dropping) and being able to see the Loadout of the enemy team, which led to a lot of funny metagames. But it was a fun game!

That is because MWO is dominated by 15 year vets who would wipe the floor with any Goon attempt. The units here are older then many of the members of the Goon groups.

some of us have been playing longer than you, gramps.

Also most of the "vet" teams (haha "vet," seriously) can barely field a rhod comp, much less shoot straight. For some reason, years of experience at old videogames don't seem to lend themselves to being good at twitch-shooters with robots

The only good thing that can be said about the Goons is that they are well organized. Other than that, they are a bunch of obnoxious greifers who get their kicks using exploits and cheats to ruin other people's fun. Online gaming would be better off if they were all banned from the internet.....

Ahaha look at how wrong you are

We have already fought most of these units (none of them are a threat), there are less than a handful that we even bother to keep intel files updated on.

Seems like your future here is going to be a very sad one

Well, not that I wanted this to go to the sub-forum thread because I wanted to be serious about talking about server issues and the possible concerns I had with the up-incoming Community Warfare plans. I probably shouldn't have even mentioned the goons regarding this because now they took a serious topic and made it comedic.

Look, the problem was never with the goons. Just as there will always be organized people to be with the goons on these types of games, there will always be others that will rebel and take up the other side for fun and sport. The real concern and the original reason I posted this was not to hate on the goons, but to post concerns regarding future Community Warfare concerns and server issues. I'm sure that PGI already knows of this and they are wary as to possible problems and they are putting their trust into IGP to handle them. My concern was but a warning to what I saw last night when I played Planetside 2 and thought that massive community warfare battles could cause major problems.

So is there anyone at DHB that isn't a passive aggressive shitheap? It's okay to hate goons. Most goons hate goons. They ******* ruin everything!

Shifted just slightly to the side of the head, the "posting tilt" as it's called.
