Manually communicating targets to teammates in team chat (requires fast typing skills, can't maneuver and type)
Getting entire team into voice coms (unlikely outside of 8-man premade)
Running into 180m with your own ECM set to 'Counter' (requires not being focused yourself or Streaked to death without ECM protection)
Really does point out how a lot of skill is needed to effectively counter ECM, and how even a little ECM can counter a lot of skill, doesn't it?
skill is needed because you can still kill ECM 'Mechs. all mechs can be killed. people who cant deal with ecm all use streaks and streaks are the devil.
