Quite the opposite mate, enjoys our sparring both in and out of mechs :lol: I still maintain the only thing unbalancing srm/lrm a1's and ecm for that matter atm is good, fast comm lines for pug groups and the disjoined effect this has on the teamwork experience though.

It's not broken if not everyone can use it at the same effectiveness, you dumb dumb. You're literally complaining about good pilots using a weapon they can utilize very well. This is not the Streakcat or LRMboat pre-ECM. This is not the no-skill build someone who played 10 matches could master and get good kills. The SRM itself is not some awesome weapon with little drawback compared to the Gauss rifle prior to explosion patch. It's limited in range and requires ammo. It has to fight in brawl distance with an XL engine.

So how about before posting a poll you try out the build first and see how well you'd do.

Whit the right perks that should just affect the Awesome, and the AS7-K.
Well if there is no stock-only, why not a: "Build what ever you want, but we make it for you more difficult to use the mech in a role it wasn't designed for"

From time to time i'm forced to do this with a CTF-3D using Gauss and ER-PPC.... so you want to tell me that it is more difficult to use a automated shotgun in close combat in comparison with a sniper rifle.

Of course you can argue that it is my fault, when i found my self locked in short range fight using a sniper rifle....but on the other hand i don't have the choice of terrain, and actual MWO terrain favors the short range bruiser

If they are playing an -A1 right, they stay out of sight, and behind cover till it's close enough to hit.

A1 is fine they are by far the easiest mech to disarm. Those big fat block ears are easy target to rip off. Nothing sadder then A1 with no ears. I do it all the freaking time its easy.

In other news, no atlases have been cored in less than a second by A1s

and jenners would core atlases in UNDER 3 seconds if double heats were true dubs :lol:

It's true, they have their upsides with that alpha, but those ears get, or should get, shot off, there are no hard-points whatsoever for back-up weapons, and at close range it's not unusual for me to get killed with a head shot when I'm in a 2xAC20 K2, so the head hit box is not great on them either.

LOLs people are use to weapons that they don't need to aim they forgot how too A1 is super easy to disarm.

Well first those ears didn't explode, second its everything but it is not easy.

I can't help that people don't seem to understand you can't out brawl an A-1 at equal skill level with other mechs.

well it's a kind of funny all this rage because of a FIRE SUPPORT Mech.

I believe SirSmokes... knows before the games start, were the A1 are, which route they will take and his guns are able to penetrate hills and rocks.
