Okay, so first off, happy Easter, every(p)one!

The FiW short has been released already and it's pretty fun. Even has a song, but it's more comedic than ear-wormy (which is both a blessing and a curse when talking about the infamous FiW songs ).



Next up is a nice gem for any pony game lover in the form of Minty game 2.0. It's diverse, but short, so if you're busy with the whole holiday stuff, you shouldn't worry too much about possibly loosing an entire afternoon to it. Unless you're an achieve...I mean... Cutie mark crusader.

Another thing to note is that Jan should be finishing his Galacon promo real soon. Knowing his past endeavours, you ought to give it a look even if you don't plan to attend the convention in the slightest.

Personally, I found it pretty cringeworthy.

I'd elaborate,but I don't know how to do the spoiler thing. I got a few good laughs out of the episode, but mostly I was thinking "really?"

I thought it was funny when Fluttershy and Rainbow were starting their trade adventure, and the first place they stopped off was at the one pony with the rabid 2 headed dog. Rainbow was scared of the thing but Fluttershy was just like, I got this.
But later on when Rainbow asks Fluttershy to save their spot at one of the other booths and when Fluttershy tries to stop the first pony that comes by she completely crumbles.

Happy Easter every pony.

As far as the characters go, they did pull a Castle Mane-ia pair parody for the laughs here.
I prefer when the laughs are delivered more maturely, so to speak, but it wasn't bad... just different way of achieving it.

Well, more appropriately, possessed. Note that when the book was destroyed, Rarity stayed nutty until Spike exorcised her.

Drama-Queen Rarity at her best in the beginning of the episode.
"Need to change this, need to change that", was going on a bit to long.
The solution to lifting the curse was way to obvious.
I loved Twilights exhausted look and comments at the end of the episode.

I'd say: It wasn't a bad episode, but it wasn't a good one either.

It was a 'rollercoaster' episode. Some parts were great, some were a bit under the level you'd expect.

So that's about... -sin x/10, in my opinion. Yep, I really don't dig the use of Snips' body design unless said pony has ties with him.
