Applejack is perhaps the most level headed and objective pony of the bunch. As a lance mate she's likely to be first off the mark when force of arms is called for.
Humble and honest may be the virtues she's known for, but it's plain to see that this is not her first rodeo.
Applejack is no stranger to hard work, an invaluable trait for any soldier you share a duty with. This is one road warrior who won't leave you in the lurch retired on active duty.
At the end of a long hot dusty day, this is one work horse of a farm girl not afraid to get her hands dirty putting her kit back in order.
Applejack is best Mechwarrior.

Fluttershy tends to remain quiet and out of sight. Two very endearing traits for your wingmare if you ask me.
What most people don't know about her is that she has had extensive training in anti-mech warfare, though the details are still sketchy.
Something happened to her, something terrible that comes to the surface when her lance mates come to harm. This is a good thing.
Should you choose to go with Fluttershy for your lance mate, know that your troubled days with the Brass are a thing of the past.
If morale among the troops is an issue for you, Fluttershy is best mechwarrior.

Look who's talking... I'd be careful with flinging crap around, might come right back at you.
The Atlas AS7-K was first produced in 3050, but reactive armor is not seen in the IS until 3063, as Spork said...
I don't care for the debate actually, I just can't stand your attitude is all... It seems all you ever try to do is cause unrest as soon as some ELP-member (especially Spork) is talking to you. He didn't even attack you, it just seems like you can't take criticism!

It's the norm to assume stock when talking about a specific mech model, a denotation of it being custom would have been applied were such to be assumed to be true. Also a list of posts of mine that were positive, limited to the last month for the sake of keeping it short, nice selective memory you have.

Regardless, what I wanted to comment on Fros was that the 3D logo looks really nice, and I almost felt bad for not reading the Atlas v. Mane 6 thing, but I honestly couldn't get into it. I'm sure that it is quality work though, like everything members of the guard bring to the table.
Either way,

Like most aristocratic officers in the Inner Sphere, Twilight Sparkle can come across as a reserved shavetail.
The product of a professional war college Games and Theory program, Twilight brings a valuable perspective to your general staff planning sessions.
When the plan calls for a holding action in troubled ground, you reach for your best troops. Twilight Sparkle can lay down the law with authority ensuring your lance will stay on mission in the midst of an over run.
Where some militias have trouble finding general officers that can even write a five parragraph field order, rest assured that Twilight Sparkle will not only devine the gist of your plan but also posses the initiative to improvise within the intent of her orders to carry the day.
If ya'll are look'n fer a well read and capable officer for your lance mate, Twilight Sparkle is best mechwarrior.

As you can see, choosing the right pony for your lance mate is not going to be easy. No matter which mare's your fancy, you won't regret the service mare you drop with.
And now for a group photo of these service mares in thier Dress Blues.
Chose wisely gentlemen, your lance mates are going to become closer than family before your Leopard D.S. returns.

Last I checked, to be a "member of the EQRG" only requires you to register on your site. Might want to do a census and find out just how many people are actually members and how many are just registered.

Hon. PlzBanMe;
The "hate" had almost entirely disappeared untill just before your post and is now just a little bit of argument with history. This is a rather tame thread by pony standards from what I have heard.
Have some Celestia fer yer troubles.
