Heads up Wolf, all of the ground vehicles in our general area have been defeated. Mist, Shepherd and the three remaining hostile vehicles are well out of range to our Northwest. I don't think we can actually see any of them from where we're standing.

I think the artillery has stopped firing, but I'm not 100% sure.

Light SRM/LRM Carriers are almost a good klick away guardian.
Artillery is firing sporadically, but it's in the woods where we had been, seeing as the good Earl isn't directing or giving coords anymore.

Alright, just like how I've been inventing kludged/new variants of damn near everything (Cause it makes sense to me, feel free to call me out on it should I go too far). I'll invent some mobile mech support/refit units that will come out and load us with more munitions and weld on some armor plates.
Obviously it won't be anything fancy.

She is, but the remaining enemy vehicles are much farther away.

nah, keep moving, the SRMs are not lock ordinance and the LRM carrier isn't changing direction (you will reach him first).

if i am willing to run another charging attack i could literally run straight through the lrm carrier and out the other side. not sure i want to take another hit though. (my charge does 64 damage and deals 8 back to me.)

i do, but it only does 16 damage. it would take 2 swings to down it. i would have to stop to take it out, with 7 srm 4 launchers in a position to shoot me in the back.

That deals with Ordinance, but not armor and field repairs.

Deliberately had James scan the thrid truck as an SRM carrier too as he didnt have a visual to confim and mist is now between the unit and him. He may or may not be in for a nasty surprise. Guessing the assault mech might demand a bit more of the carriers attention though. Just guessing mind you :)

The J-27 is just a cab and a trailer. . .there's no reason it can't carry replacement armor plate as well. Virgil has all the necessary gear to cut, lift, patch and load. The real problem is location and time-- according to the Master Repair table, armor is nominally repaired at a rate 15 minutes for every point of armor. I think we can (and should) hand wave that a bit, but while loading ammo is quick and easy, cutting and replacing armor plate really isn't.

I would say, in the scavenger world of BattleTech salvage equipment would be very common, and it's likely the rebel forces would have mobile salvage and lifting equipment that can take care of reloading and provide support for armor replacements. The Tech Readouts really only focus on things you can shoot. I would suggest 'spawning' a coolant truck, some J-27's and a few wheeled or tracked mobile cranes with repair crews. Given the time constraints, I think a little battlefield triage is in order-- we probably don't have time to repair all our battle damage, and anything beyond armor and ammo is almost certainly going to have to wait. Each crane is only going to be able to work on one 'Mech at a time, so we may or may not want to get Virgil involved, depending on how many cranes show up and what the current tactical situation is.

I apologize about my absence, I had to fly out to Manchester NH for a long weekend, and I was juggling enough stuff IRL that I spaced on letting y'all know until I was actually on the plane flying out there!
Again, sorry, will get updates rolling out ASAP.

Maybe slight hit, but barely.
You, and Shepard have my permission to kill them without too much trouble, they're poorly maintained vehicles with green crews. (Translation, you two can kill them all and pound the base flat, you can decide who and what surrenders. *Note that the majority of the artillery pieces are Thumpers, and captured equipment and weapons net a bigger bonus)
Gonna get things moving again.
