

Were Lrms Changed?

I use 2x a-lrm15 and i have more damage then prepatch, more kills and need a lot less salvos to kill a mech.
Also the lrms thrown at me do a lot more damage, is my impression ...
But maybe i had only a few lucky games after patch?

1K of damage seems standard, and two volleys shreds anyone. I'm nowhere nearly that good to be consistently laying that kind of beat down.
"You have see a hunchback charging you from 300m, you land one volley, he is now rubble, finish him off with you small lasers for the LULZ."
I'm racking up more damage then my max theoretical (ie: connect with 6 volleys, rack up 900 damage and 3 kills). Some of this could be that LRMs are criting like madhouse, but that's not good either.

Frontal missile hits ******* up rear armor happened also prepatch and I am pretty sure it's part of the ****** up splash damage system.
As for Missiles doing more damage than before, especially at legs: That probably is related to the fix of leg damage from missiles/Explosives?

But also it seems like they made AMS more effective. It now shoots in little bursts when only few missiles are incomming, indicating that they get shot down quicker. It never did that before.

Seems they dish out tons of Damage atm even with AMs, without cover any mech is stomped in seconds.
Now i have Build in my Beloved LRM 15 Artemis, and get Insane Numbers of Damage done.
For sure broken.
