Well it seems LRMpocalypse Hell 3 is underway.

So I say for this to get fixed right away, everyone abuse this bug and do nothing but run LRM's till PGI gets a hot fix out.

Yes and while it was raining I lost my head and legs.

Did nothing but laugh my *** off.

But this needs to be fixed asap.

It dun be rainin' hard out there. LRMpocalypse V3 is going strong. 1700 damage quad LRM 15 Awesomes, etc, etc.

was playing my trebuchet with max armor.. still fresh, got hit by ONE volley and immediately one of my legs exploded and my other one went to red... jeez.

All I could see out there were LRM boats laughing with glee and some people testing Jagers running around trying to stay in cover as they got their backsides handed to them.

Don't drop unless you enjoy fighting in the shade.

Oh the upside, I headshotted a TON of mechs with my AC20 Jagermech, including a lot of those missile boats.

It's not just LRMs. All missile weapons have gone full [REDACTED].

I think its ok(ish) ... Just had match, fierd about 700 LRM's and got 1265 dmg. (Most of the shots had line of sight on new map.

Haven't had a chance to drop in game yet so i'll have to run my 7M with lrms and see if I noticed a difference. Also, try and clarify "one volley" phrases. One volley from an LRM 20 and one volley from 4 LRM 15s is entirely different (although I know it can be hard to tell when on the receiving end.

Could be a new bug.

Or these guys misunderstand the splash damage bug and are pulling a chicken little and screaming the sky is falling.

can it be that armor is borked, too? i recently had matches where i got shot by 2 large lasers in the front center torso in my cat a1 and died of it because they registered in my rear ct.

i then switched into spectator and watched a fellow k2 getting 2 gauss shots into its front ct as well, but its rear armor went away instead of the front armor.

i also noticed that something is really wrong with lrms. there was one salvo of lrms scraping me slightly, perhaps 2 or 3 missiles actually hit me, but i went from brand new to orange on pretty much every torso section.

I honestly haven't notice the missiles doing more damage, but it does seem like they are hitting all over the mechs now. I was hit by a LRM10 or 15 in the back and it registered a front core hit as well as the arms.

That would mean every missile you fired hit target. That seems kind of crazy. The whole reason LRMs do more than 1 damage is because even a line of sight shot should still miss some.
