Rig: W7 64 bit OS, Intel i7 2700K, 16G RAM, GeForce GTX570.
With latest patch, went down to 4 fps (unplayable) from 40-50 fps in game.
Prior to patching game, updated Nvidia drivers to 314.22 - WHQL (3.25.13) - So the new game patch + latest Nvidia driver = unplayable game.
Re-installed previous non-beta driver 314.07 - WHQL (02.18.13) - New game patch + previous non-beta driver = Now the game runs smooth again! (back to approx 40-50 fps in game)

The patch that had the best FPS for me was after March 19th patch, I could bump most of my settings to medium at 1366x768 and enjoy a good 40-50 FPS overall. Right now I'm lucky if I can stay above 30 FPS at lowest possible settings at 1280x720.
Though, when I disable HUD using Shift+F11, I get a nice 20-30FPS boost. There is definitely something between the HUD pipeline that is hogging all these resources.

Game was running very smoothly since closed beta - until the 2nd April patch. Literally made it unplayable overnight - no changes to ISP/System/Config - was running great day of patch. After patch - UNPLAYABLE!
Can someone please acknowledge the rubber banding/control lag issue? There is NO mention of it on any threads - devs are posting about disconnects and other bugs, but nothing about this rubberbanding/warping.

Only been playing for a couple weeks and all seemed fine until this patch. Now I'm getting missing/polygon HUD, rubberbanding, teleporting, freezes and a crash.
Whether there are specific points in the game when your performance changes.
Any time from the beginning of a match to the end. Assorted maps. Crashed in the heat of battle.
What are your video settings, did you change them since last patch?
running medium. Swapped CPU and discrete card after my first game 2 weeks ago.. no change since then.
Average FPS ingame and in the menus for previous patch and latest patch (Press F9 to see your FPS)
Didn't check. Haven't noticed a terrible drop in FPS but don't know thw numbers.
System specs
Your advertised internet connection speed / Geographic location
Provider Advertised 30Mbps.. but it's higher, running ASRock Xfast LAN. Average 35-40 ping, Southeast Michigan

latest patch has broken the game for me. Geometry changes as I approach hills, I can see through certain hills on Caustic Valley and Alpine esp. In the starting area and crater. I have all settings max on GTX 560 / i7, nvidia drivers 314.22.
I now suffer terrible lag and rubberbanding with a ping of 100. Before I had that ping, but not the issues. My weapons hardly register. I am located in the Netherlands w. 8mbps.
I did not try all the maps because frankly I cant play like this which is a shame since I just poured money into the game.
I only suffered the occasional random disconnect and hud issues before. How minor those issues were in hindsight compared to this new patch.
[edit:] Oh its worth to mention that zoom and V-zoom are very unresponsive too. I have to press a number of times to get the game to zoom.
