It find files missing / corrupted when I test it with a new install and it seems to be currently unsupported.
An official statement / update would be nice.

My crash problems started after i moved the game to another drive, so i tried the repairtool fixing the crash problem (for a while) however it always says ever single file is broken (even if i runt it 2-3 times in a row without starting the game).
Even if the repairtool fixes the crash issue I still dont think every single file is broken and with the downloadspeeds we get at certain times its not that fun to download the whole game all the time.

I continue to have texture issues on Frozen City and if this isnt working, I'm really not looking forward to a reinstall.

The repair tool doesn't need to be updated when the game files change slightly. It does, however, require updates when it's broken. It works fine for me here (as well as all our testers), but I'm trying to recreate your issues now.
As for when it'll be integrated into the patcher, that will happen when I'm done with a rather significant overhaul I'm doing with the patcher right now. No real ETA on that, since it's not even in testing yet, but I'd say another month or two. That's assuming I can also fix all these issues that I can't repro with the repair tool by then.
Please bear in mind, though, that this tool is designed to fix invalid files. It will not fix graphical or crash issues that are caused by the engine itself. If you're having such a problem and the repair tool doesn't find any invalid files, then it's a game/engine issue, and a reinstall isn't very likely to fix anything. If you do reinstall, please ensure you run the patcher at least once to get the latest files before running the repair tool. The installer just installs the patcher, so running the repair tool will just find that you have no game files and start downloading the whole batch of them. The patcher is actually a bit faster when doing this, since it just downloads one archive instead of each individual file. (Plus, it's a little prettier.)

You just moved all your files from one location to another? That's...tricky. Did you also update your registry?

What "may" help is if you delete textures.pak (and the frozen city graphics, map files, AND ALL shader pak files) and run the MWO Repair Tool and see if that helps.
The thing of it is, I think the game's patcher/frontend/launcher screws up repackaging and things go awry after a while. I use the Repair Tool religiously and have learned a few interesting bits about what MWO does to the files after patching and it's not always the same as the files on the server (which sometimes may actually be bigger on the server than on the local machine).
It's kinda also the source of stability problems... because the game can run fine with the "repackaged" files but then on some days, it just goes to "die hard" (crash mercilessly). It's just easier to delete ALL of the pak files (or at least some of the bigger ones to save a little bit of time) and then just run the MWO Repair Tool. The inconsistency of the pak file extraction (even the MWO Repair Tool picks up on this occasionally, like the game itself) is a serious problem.

How long ago did you install Windows or do a format/reinstall of Windows? I am only asking as a Computer Tech and Network Engineer with 25+ years of experience under my belt. These errors now have me curious, for if i had to hazard a guess, it looks like a file fragmentation issue or possibly an IO issue with regards to hard drive read/writes. Are those that are receiving any repair tool errors running on a PC that is barely meeting the system requirements of MWO or windows itself? Running on old hardware, etc?
Anyway, just my ponderings, I am very curious to see what replies I get. (Yeah, I love troubleshooting)

Could you place a download link to the MWO Repair Tool on the Support page? Most people will click on that page first when they have problems...

Repair tool found music.pak to be invalid.
Started download of music.pak, but it stalled.
I deleted the tiny file fragment of the download and ran repair again.
Music.pak is perfectly valid, no problem!
Well, okay, the game is running fine, so all is well...???

Edit: The game is so broken beyond belief that it is now somehow impossible to uninstall. How do I fix this?
I keep getting the error:
"0x80070008 - Not ehough storage is available to process this command."
I have no idea what this means but I have over 300 GB of free space, assuming it's as simple as that.
Entire Process:
I've downloaded it, and it said missing PAK files after I patched it and clicked start.
It told me to get the repair tool (not where or how though).
Eventually I found it here, installed it, used it, but every time I try to repair it, the tool crashes.
I've tried opening the little options menu on it and unchecked and checked things to see if it makes a difference, but it does not.
Finally fed up, I attempted to uninstall the game so I could reinstall it.
That is where the error came in.
Angrily I manually deleted all the files and then the uninstall was successful.
I downloaded the lancher installed again and now every time I try to install the game regardless of where I put it I get the same 0x80070008 error.
I really want to play this game so I would appreciate some help.
I will also submit a "ticket" thingy for the actual company support.
