I think we are good to jump to Coventry at the least. Who's going to take us through?

So, my latest post takes place after the jump to Coventry, whenever that is. I've left a date and time off it so that I can add it back in when I know what a sensible time would be.

Dude... those were some great posts, Spokes. Digging your characters, and I love your discription of the Kimbal space station. Great work.

Thanks Thom. I actually got the station description from Sarna. . .one of the attached images of the Olympus class recharge station is a concept piece with a cut away view, showing buildings and what not on the grav deck.

The grav deck on that station is bigger around than the Criminal's jump sail. :)

Sorry for the delay, those of you who've been checking the Skype chat know what a crazy week it's been. You've been moved to the Coventry system, you'll be leaving it again very shortly unless anything needs picked up. So:
Post any reactions you have. The Irregular's contingent is rather underwhelming, a single Invader Class JumpShip, a Fortress class DropShip and a Mule. You're sure you were promised WarShips...
Anything you want to do in or around Coventry. Feel free to ad lib as much as possible, just try not to hold the group up (Any more than I would anyway).

Thom, you recognize the Rorke's Drift and The Drunkard's Walk from your time with the RAI. You know those vessels like the back of your hand. Feel free to shoot the breeze about them however you like, just ask me about any big stuff. You're not familiar with the Mule though. You'll need to ask someone for it's name/why it's there. You recall the Rorke's Drift as a modified Fortress upgrade, holding 2 companies of mechs and a large amount of cargo. The armament has been heavily augmented, the forward arcs holding a trio of Arrow IV missile launchers each and TAG in every direction.

I think that's it for now, I'm exhausted so I'm going to go sleep for a while. Anyone who reads this in the mean time, be advised it may change so f*cking stay awake.

Sounds good rogue, Sparks and I are going to have Andrew and Zoe chat, and then Andrew needs to get all of the Terrors together for a mea culpa. Beyond that if people want to talk to me or interact I'm all ears!

Edit - this Duck: http://en.m.wikipedi.../wiki/Mea_culpa

Wasn't sure due to the Zero-G references in that post Rouge, but are we making planetfall at all? Or is the transfer to occur in space and we jump on from there?
If we end up dirtside, Cees may well relish/dread being back on his homeworld and react accordingly.
Just wanted to clarify :)

Shep - is Cees reserving comment until the briefing about his encounter with Andrew? I was planning on calling everyone together prior to the brief to show off the Mad Cat, so I didn't want to undercut what you wanted to do.

Transfer is happening in orbit - if you want to go planetside, go nuts. I'm very much open to ideas, hence the vagueness of the post :)

@Nomad Cees is indeed reserving comment. He's spoken/yelled at Thom behind the scenes and learned of the Mad Cat's existance. His thoughts on the matter will be in my next post. Cees can be observed making harshly critical squinty eyes at Andrew if they pass each other, but he won't say anything.
At all.
Feel free to have Andrew call Cees in though, should be interesting :)

@Rouge Brilliant. I believe Thom had written that he needed to place an order for supplies on Coventry. I'll have him order Cees to hitch a ride down on the Pride with the Manifest for the order like a good little XO :(

Yep T will want to pick up some su.pples fro the Coventry Metal Works or the Ceres Metals branch there.... Plus from someones...(Nomad?) post the food aboard the Pride wasn't that stellar so Thom will have to have some words witht he Greek folks about that.... Hey Mr GM, do you happen to have that PM I sent you where I fluffed up the dropship? I'm too lazy/drunk to look it up myself

I haven't deleted it if you didn't, but I'm literally shutting down the PC to go to bed. I'll snag it when I wake up if I can.

Going to take a bit of liberty with the vagueness and have the Pride transfer mechs and materials over to the Walk and then make another quick supply run down to and back from Coventry. Will give an excuse to have people do anything they want planetside.

Based on time frames I've gathered from the books, if we've jumped in system on 29th, it'll take almost 48 hours to burn from the Nadir or Zenith point to the planet, meaning we'll be on the ground for just one day (enough to conduct business) on the 31st. We'd then burn back to the jump point and be ready to depart on 3rd April.

Do those time frames suit?

Looking at the jump in date, we've had almost a month's travel since our last major interactions. Plenty of time to have Andrew come clean before reaching Coventry :D

If that's when you'd want Andrew doing it Nomad, would be great if we could have that little scene done before we're planet side, would be handy to frame mindsets from what's been revealed to us.

If not, I'll throw everything I've got for Cees up based on what he knows. Kind of curious to see how the other characters react to the Mad Cat
