Not knowing where we are going has a real impact on the metagame. If I take an LRM Stalker and I get Canyons or River City, I am in a less-than-ideal situation without really good support from my team. Similarly, if I take a 3x ERPPC Awesome and get Caustic, I'm in a less-than-ideal situation where I would have preferred to bring a different mech. If I take an AS7-D with an AC20 and SRMs and get dropped into Alpine, things are going to be rough.

Beyond that, are we ever going to see an improvement to the advanced zoom PIP? I have spent a lot of energy defending PGI and the state of this game, having started playing it on the first day of closed beta, but the fact that some of these issues still exist is very frustrating to me.

I don't want to be a smartass here, but playing balanced builds (okay, playing an Awesome on Caustic sucks no matter what) solves most of your problems ;) Just don't boat stuff and you'll be fine in most scenarios.

I had grinded like 20 Million CB in preperation for Oroin! Would you by chance explain the reasoning? Was it not ready or just thought it didnt fit in well right now?

Bryan, I LOVE the suprise of the new mech and wish you guys would do more stuff like that. A bit sad Orion is not here, but I do like the suprise content.

June: Quickdraw
July: Victor
September; Flea
August: unannounced medium (55 tonner plzkthx)
November: Orion
December: unannounced assault (zeus plzkthx)

Well if its not the Victor I have an uninstal button handy, getting peoples hopes up and then swapping about at the last minute,Orion, plus artwork on the Vic coupled with 3rd person view. its not going to be hard to press

I think this answers the fears of the content drought after launch. I'll be sticking with my Founders Catapult C1 as my heavy of choice. I'm a little impressed you kept the Quickdraw secret for this long.

I am a massive fan of the game, and a frequent investor in MC.

However, if you make me play against people using 3rd person view, this will be a deal-breaker and I will walk.

aright, to everyone crying over the Orion, stop being spoiled brats. It's just another set of hardpoints on a 70 tons mech, it's not like it's gonna change the entire game. Just be patient and enjoy what we currently have. Hell, when I joined the beta we only the hunchy, the jennah, the fatlas and the cat and we were happy.

It really pains me to see this. Bryan you’re the only Dev I really keep track off and trust that your info you give is accurate and to the point. But with this date of 12v12 being first patch in July pretty much lost the little faith I had in PGI as a whole. You yourself stated on a NGNG podcast(can’t remember the number) + your reddit AMA and in another interview all of which was early April that 12v12 was going to come out in 30-60 days. I am fully aware that there are set backs and everything is not set in stone but when you drop 12v12 tentative 30-60 days not once but multiple times I would at least except to see you guys follow through. I also remember the very first time you went on the NGNG podcast way back in march this year you said that you were optimistically hoping for 12v12 in late April as well. This feature is the biggest update besides the implementation of the clans that I am personally looking forward to and even though everyone is going to say its only 2-3 more weeks after schedule and I should shut up I had to write this out because I have been painfully play testing your beta since June 2012 and absolutely love this game to death but I am tired of being left out of the loop with changes that are left out of the patch notes and the repeated setbacks of the main features of the game. I am not going to say "I quit this game" and rage out I just wanted to voice my opinion on this matter.
