How about exercise some restraint and punish PGI for being fail by not buying anything?

I guess that would require backbone tho.

People like you are the reason they do this ****.

I have the cbills and the bays. But nope no more money. My 325 left in cbills I may buy a camo pattern. Don't think ill renew premium this month though.

So i just bought a Quickdraw and i was trying out some builds that let me say didnt work, so i went back to mechbay and started thinking about builds that might work, and i found my self coming to the same conclusion every time PPC, and it feels like this when i think about it almost every time i try to think of a optimal build that i can be competative in PPC,PPC,PPC and i think its boring, i wanna use other weapons and still dont feel like iam nerfing myself and or making the game harder for me.

i think everyone purchased a QD damn.

I've seen seeing the opposite, the 4 games i've played have had a smattering of quickdraws. But nothing nearly on the level of Highlanders.

Reminds me more of blackjacks. People buy them out of sheer boredom and then they will go back into the bays a week later.

So how's the Quickdraw Meta? I'll wait a month later to use the new Mech like a boss.

There is no chassis specific meta... PPC's or go home.

We have been told that the quickdraw replaced the Orion because it fit the current meta better, I guess this is why. The meta right now is PPC or go home, it does make a good poptart.

Not to mention Quickdraw is too big for a 60 tonner. PGI modeling department had goofed it up.

Anyone got a screen shot of the QD next to a dragon? I would like to see how big they are.

I dunno I think I'm doing an XL 325 or 300 with 2 PPC's, 3 Streaks, in the 4H and playing a poptart/sniper with some Light killing power via the streaks.

Aside from the fact that I won't be buying a Quickdraw.

Does that mean the forum too? If so please do your part to help out! :)

No, I must continue to be an *** in the forums like the PGI community manager. I learn from the best.

What changes weren't put in patch notes?

Why would we see more soon?

What leads you to that conclusion?

How long as it been since they nerfed SRM damage and still haven't fixed them?

I was willing to poke my head into the heavy mech forray with the quickdraw sense PGI yanked the orion rug out from under me and settled me with a big sense of disappointment. Im still heavily number crunching but so far their isnt much the Quickdraw 4G does that other mechs can do also and without the highlander-esque figure, all around its lackluster. (In fact the most effective loadout iv theoried up so far involved stripping the jump jets in favor of tripple large lasers or triple ppcs)

More on this later.

if you have the cbills no reason not to spend Jasen....

but personally I played 3 games in my new quickdraw, realized the meta has not changed at all, and quit the game

I think the player base is shrinking, that should be enough to wake PGI up

Think? Usually after a patch the TS3 would be full, now it's a ghost town. Not mention that i'm starting to know most 'pugs' by name.
If you still have the link to the heatmap helper just check the number of kills/deaths/etc. in the first week of 2013 and now.

I get that Sundays probably aren't the biggest play day ever, especially in the summer. But it's always dead on Sundays when I play the most.

I've never posted about the player count or my thoughts on it... I have posted numerous negative posts in fear of that very thing however. At this point I'm actually worried...

Patch day... people in my corp that have been sitting out for the last month or so downloaded and played... I don't think any of em lasted 4-5 games before they quit playing again.

Personally.. I haven't even patched yet. Why waste the time...

I'm just kind of sitting here trying to justify why I'm even still giving a ****.

EDIT: I guess I'm desperately trying to salvage my $120.

See for me, I have two computers.

One is my $300~ laptop, the other is a custom built desktop from a few years back.

When i'm really excited to play, I turn on the desktop, which is connected to my 60" TV via HDMI with surround sound, pull out my wireless keyboard and wireless logitech gaming mouse and go to town.

But most patches now, I just patch my laptop, play a few games on a just barely playable FPS and then come post on the forums.

It's very frustrating.
