Is this a good build to the Quickdraw -4H build?

I have 3x medium lasers, 3x LRM5 and 1x LRM10 (with armour at maximum on all fronts) and it seems to work for me for the most part, but i was wondering, that I would like to do more than rely on just being a long-range missile supporter, so does anyone have a good suggestion(s) as to what I could change on the 4H loadout?

It also also has double heat sinks, standard engine (no XL engine - YET) and has both LRM and LRM 10 Artemis modules with a range of 1,00 meters (1.1 km)

Edit:-: I also have advanced sensor range in my cockpit. but other than Air Strikes and AV, that is pretty much all I have currently on my build.

Not the biggest DPS config for the mech, but the amount of damage that goes out in such a short timespan for an inner-sphere mech ain't too bad, when it's a heavy that runs 101 kph. Not the perfect build, but very focused in its design.
