Well atleast its something to hold a discussion over that's semi intellectual, unlike 90% of the forums that's just "QQ players using ppc's, there jerls" or "QQ ac40's are imbalanced (despite them being a joke to take out in a HGN-32)", everytime I see one of the example threads or discussions brain cells are indeed, lost.

The point of a beta is to test crap, imo both the players and pgi have forgotten that. But if this gets balance fixes out the door faster, im all good with it...

If a beta is simply a test server then surely the public test server qualifies and the game is, for all intents and purposes, released, as I was alluding to.

That's actually a good thing and will allow for more comprehensive testing.

I'm all for being patient; just need information on things to come to have something to be patient about and to look forward to.

IE. information regarding Community Warfare.

the only dying will be this game if they can't shape it up in the next few months, I'm still hoping though

Will we see another testserver of a testserver of a testserver in future? because a beta of a beta of a beta is quite important. Not that one betaserver would be enough...

Right now, all that 12v12 means to me is more targets to have horrible hitreg on. I think I'll pass on the testservers - getting stuck on 50cm high pebbles has me not playing until fixed anyways.

Well, now we will See 8 ASSAULTS and 4 Lights...instead of 7 and 1.........

The big need here is fixing what weapons can be use on HARD POINTS......

It is also a great way to shoo away any new players this game might attract. Best way to make a game die, cut off new player influx.

I can't wait to face down 72 PPCs.

I always thought limiting the total number of PPCs on the map to 48 was holding back the full potential of the game. Nice to see PGI is finally focused on fixing whats most important, the lack of PPCs is why I haven't been playing much.

Well, you're in luck! You, and only you, get 4 extra drones on your team that carry/shoot their own ammo so you don't need to bring any extra. Huzzah!


As for an actual response to the thread, COOOOOOL! I've been waiting for this one, can't wait to hop on the test server and test out 1) an MC only victor that I get FULL REFUND on each time and 2) STOMPIN, SMASHIN GUNDAMS X24 YESSSSSSS!
