I got a better idea! The new and improved urban mech! When people join a game with an urban mech they take over a nearby building, that is stationary with a quad AC/20, and 10 Streaks turret that can shoot through buildings with 3 stories worth of ammo! And since buildings can't be blown up, no one will ever cap on assault ever again! Muwahahahahahahaha

Because all these mech are based on Mech's that were originally part of the Anime series Fang of the Sun Dougram and Crusher Joe, there are no other mech from those series that aren't Quad-Mech, and we aren't going to be seeing Quad for a long, long time if ever.

I wonder if this mechwarrior online game almost same with SDGO (Super Deformed Gundam Online) Which all mechs base on anime or movie or something. Suddenly I am curious on what things that all MWO mechs based on. I try to search in google and find this interesting web about the mechs.
For All Battle mechs:
http://www.sarna.net...ory:BattleMechs
For All Phoenix Project Battle mechs;
http://www.sarna.net...Project_Phoenix
so I think I am agree with Wiro Sableng post. May be it's a good idea if PGI releases another Phoenix unlocked packages that we can choose freely to buy, if possible, release all mechs in Phoenix project.
Btw The assault Four Legs mech: Goliath is very interesting

Not sure what you mean by you couldn't "up" your package. I started out with the Elite Founder's package and then upgraded to Legendary just before the promotion ended.
But in any event, I think that feeling slighted about a new package coming into existence is a bit silly. It's not like you didn't get what you paid for, or that this phoenix package reduces the value of your founder's package. It's just a different package. That would be like getting upset because you got a new, limited edition Chevy Camaro and about a year later GM decides to resurrect Pontiac's Firebird, which is something you would have preferred to get had you (impossibly) known about it beforehand. Nothing (except money) stops you from getting both, and the existence of a new thing doesn't effect the old thing. It's not like your Founder's 'mechs are no longer unique. It's not like they're selling your Founder's 'mechs for a cheaper price. They are selling different mechs for a better value (IMO), but that doesn't diminish your Founder's items, which no one else can get now.
First off, if you're going to respond to a post in its entirety then please quote the entire post and comprehend what was said before making a reply, dude - comprehension being the key word. I explained why it was "silly" for me to feel slighted in the least and I also stated I was more than happy with my founder purchase, even if I had spent $120 it was more than worth the time and, or money spent during the closed beta... also, at that time I didn't realize you could contact support, then receive a refund and purchase a different founder pack, albeit none of that matters now (btw, my friend just informed me these were the actions you had to take, because there was no "button" to simply up your package to the next level). Regardless, dude, comprehend more please, because I never said founders should feel they were ripped off or anything close to what many other's have stated basically bashing both the founders and, or phoenix packages that require you to post trying to belittle me.
Addendum: Here's my post that you segmented a portion of for your own reason(s).

I enjoyed my time as a closed beta participant, and at the time I was limited as to what I would shell out to "kickstart" a new MechWarrior game. LoL was fun but to me that's kind of along the lines of what I expected here. I soon found out that was not the case but you couldn't simply "up" your founder package as you can with the phoenix proposal. Anyhow, none of that really matters. What holds merit is even if I had spent $120 I would still feel I got my moneys worth.
Now I am looking at this incredible Phoenix Package has reached $110 with a total of 6 more mechs, two of which are limited edition variants, I can't help but feel slighted just a little bit, but at the end of the day I do believe this is an awesome package and a great deal. Next payday I'll be topping off the Overlord Pack with the Wolvy and Griffin, w00t!

And if you are wondering - yes the "phoenix" as PGI has named it - is based directly on the Technical Readout: Phoenix Project. You have discovered the Battle Tech Wikipedia/Encyclopedia. MWO is directly based on Battle Tech, like every Mech Warrior game - so all Mechs are based on Record Sheets - and a "summary" of that information is posted on "Sarna."
If you are not sure what a Record Sheet is, you can either purchase them from Catalyst or look up recorded ones here:
http://btengineer.blogspot.com/ (which is currently going under reconstruction by the admin)
http://www.solarisskunkwerks.com/ (or you can download this java program - and load up any Mech you wish, from any Technical Readout and look at its specifications)

I wasn't sure if you were trolling or not, guess not. MechWarrior IS BattleTech, just MechWarrior focuses on 'Mechs, where BattleTech focuses on 'Mechs as well as infantry, tanks, VTOL's, fixed wing aircraft, AeroFighters, and everything else that encompasses BattleTech.

Actually, in paper form, MechWarrior focuses on individual characters, as a more traditional roleplaying game whereas Battletech is more of a turn based strategy game.

WE'RE LOSING PHOENIX ORDERS!
QUICK, BLAME GARTH FOR A COMMUNICATION FAILURE!
SOMEBODY GET ALEX TO PAINT GRIFFIN AND WOLVERINE PHOENIX COLORS!
I'LL MAKE A CONDESCENDING AND DISMISSIVE POST TO ANTAGONIZE THE CORE PLAYERBASE, BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY DON'T MATTER NOW THAT WE HAVE THEIR MONEY THEN I'LL GO ON VACATION WITH PP MONEY"

If you don't think that the Saber pack was planned from the start, which it obviously was and was just poor timing with all the {Scrap} that is going on in the forums, you might wanna invest some more points in your INT score.

You just confuse me, PGI. You have great content for the fans, but I have some trouble with understanding your logic.

and
I have already purchased the Overlord package so have a loyalty boosting mech in each weight class
plus
we are getting the Pheonix colours to apply to any mechs we please
I fail to see what this Sabre pack gives us besides a $$ 4 Mech transaction on a distant future pay off that you will be able to access with c-bills anyway?!
If they has sweetened the deal with something else besides a plain mech for cash grab then I might have bitten.
As it stands, I'm lucky they didn't as that money went onto Civ V: Brave New World instead.
IGP really need to slow down on the GIVE ME MOAR MONIES!?!!1!11! every week and start releasing real, tangible improvements.

... but business wise... I have to admit a mini kickstarter like this is a really nice piece. Hope it returns the effort compared to normal weekly sales.
See you out there with my Hunchback any day of the week.... recent clocked up 4 kill 4 assists and 700 damage. Nothing wrong with them
Also... Wolvie? I'm buying that one and naming him Hugh
